The cozy and quiet apartment has beautiful views of the sea and the mountains. It is perfect for couples and solo travelers. On the large terrace you can relax, eat and drink and enjoy the sunset. 3 beaches with crystal clear water and a nudist beach are ideal for swimming and snorkeling. In an olive grove, we designed and built a house that will win your hearts, modernly equipped and made with a lot of love so that you will want to spend as much time as possible in it. From its terrace you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, surrounded by olive and oak trees. Complete peace and quiet will make you feel relaxed. We are located between Bar and Ulcinj. Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.

APARTMENT is located in a small and peaceful village between two large and beautiful cities in Montenegro with many beaches within 10 km....Near the house just 10 minutes walk or 500 meters there are two beautiful beaches, one is smaller and there are not many people for people who do not like the crowd and little privacy .And the big one offers everything you need for a nice vacation. There are shops, restaurants and a Bichbar.. 550 meters from the house.

Boat tours are available for our guests. Cost depends on the location of travel and is very reasonable, including berth and maintenance of the boat. There is also a possibility of renting boat, only for holders of Boat Driving License.

Everything was perfect! Kimi is a great host, always willing to help and provide recommendations about the area. The place was exactly as in the pictures. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, ideal for having some quality time with family and friends. Kimi offered a nice selection of Montenegrin wine, and before our departure, he gifted us multiple bottles so we can remember our nice time in Montenegro. Thanks for all! And maybe see us another time! 🙂

We've booked Marija's house for our family get-away and it exceeded our expectations. The house is very private, perfect for relaxing by the pool. It's well equipped, we had everything we needed. The internet connection managed occasional zoom calls, so in case you need to do some remote work here it's not a problem. Marija and her family were some of the most helpful and kind hosts we've ever had, offering lots of help during our stay. Definitely recommend!

It was the most beautiful vacation I’ve ever had in my life. I went with my girlfriend, whom I love more than anything, and we had the best holiday of our lives. The host, Oleg, is a wonderful person, and his wife is also amazing. Montenegro was the most beautiful place for a vacation. We felt like we were in paradise. It’s a place everyone should visit at least once in their life.

We were here as a family, with two toddlers (three and five). The location is impressive, you have your peace, it is completely private and you can enjoy the sensational view of the sea. The house is very thoughtfully equipped and built. Nothing is missing. It becomes clear that someone has put a lot of thought into this place and provided me with functional amenities with attention to detail. I highly recommend having a car available. This allows you to explore new bays, beaches and cities every day, boredom never arises. We will be happy to come back and can clearly recommend the house.

Daria is a wonderful host, very helpful and fast responding to all our questions, she also helped us arrange airport transfers, so we didn’t have to worry about finding the place. The place has breathtaking sea views and we had all our breakfasts and dinners watching the skies and the sea! The apartment is spacious with everything we needed. And in a remote location how we wanted it with a five minutes walk to the beach! Beach has a lovely little restaurant and sunbeds for a fee. Again exactly how we like it. Nearest town is a short drive away with beautiful historical old part and big supermarkets where we were buying most of our food etc. There is a small fruit and vegetable marquee walking distance from the apartment, however you have to walk along the road. Overall, we really enjoyed our holidays and if you want a quiet stay in a beautiful and remote location, Daria’s apartment is the one for you 💝
