Here, you can stay in a house directly at the sea's edge in Stockholm's Archipelago. Only 30 minutes by car from central Stockholm. The house consists of a double bedroom with sea views, sleep with the window open and hear the waves. Social room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and armchairs. Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming dock available 100 meters from the house.

Archipelago cottage on Utö Tommy's cabin

The cottage is a cozy cottage in the middle of Utö. With balcony facing northeast with sea glimpses. Kitchenette, fridge with freezer, microwave, TV, fireplace, toilet and shower. If you fold out at night, it will be a 140 bed. Sheets are not included. Pets are allowed, but let me know before. A limited number of bikes available to hire. The closest place for swimming is 50m below the house. There's a grass beach. To Gruvbyn it is about 2.7 km. There are all facilities such as ICA Utö, they can help drive home the food.

Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Öppet kök med ugn, spis, micro, kaffebryggare, tekokare, kyl/frys och diskmaskin. Vardagsrum med bäddsoffa (140cm) och bord/stolar. Sovrum med 2 sängar. Toalett och dusch. Kanot och flytvästar finns att låna gratis. Husdjur och rökning ej tillåtet. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår. 45 min bilväg från Stockholm.

Welcome to our modern tiny cabin in Tungelsta – just 30 minutes from Stockholm. Here, you'll stay next to the forest, with easy access to the Sörmlandsleden trail and beautiful hiking paths. Enjoy a wood-fired sauna or a warm soak in the hot tub – both available all year round. During summer (May–Sept), you’ll also have access to a heated pool, kept at around 30°C. It is all private and not shared with others. A cozy holiday retreat for couples, small families or friends – in any season.

A cozy cottage in the middle of Utö. 700 meters to Bykrogen. 5 kilometers to Gruvbyn with ICA shop and several restaurants. Nearest swimming 800 meters with rocks or sandy beach. Water toilet, freezer, fridge and cooking facilities. The cottage has a loft with beds, but also a bedroom. At the back you have a large south-facing terrace. A charcoal grill will be at your disposal.

Weekend house on Utö

Small nice house for a weekend on lovely Utö in Stockholm's south archipelago. The house is close to the sea. Here you can take runs or walks in wide forests and over undeveloped fields, paddle kayaking, biking and visiting cozy restaurants in the local community (« Gruvbyn »). The house is a guesthouse on a plot where another house is located, where the host family can stay.
