This peaceful cabin is centrally located in the Texas Hill Country, close to Garner State Park, Lost Maples State Park and Hill Country State Natural Area. Drive through the Hill Country on the Twisted Sisters, enjoying the beautiful scenery and wildlife. Close by, you can enjoy floating or swimming in the Frio River and the Sabinal River at the Utopia Park. Utopia has a renowned golf course featured in the movie Seven Days in Utopia. Concan 20 miles away also has a golf course.

My place is close to family-friendly activities, Garner state park (3 miles), Lost Maples state park, Frio river crossings, Leakey, Concan, Utopia, Kerrville, Uvalde, three sisters bike roads. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets), Pets are an additional $15 per pet, per night. Pets Fees billed after you book, b/c there is no option on Airbnb. The Cozy is located towards the front of our 17 acres about 75 ft from Hwy 83.

Rustic cabin on over 10 acres with the wet weather Sabinal River (contact us for water levels if this is a concern) along the back surrounded by beautiful oak trees. A natural playscape, porch swings, grill, wildlife, all the perfect makings for a fantastic getaway. All holiday stays require a 3-night minimum. This cabin is a 900 square foot, 2 bedroom - 2 bathroom unit & sleeps 8. It's centrally located in Concan- close to the River, food, concerts, and fun! Enjoy all the same comforts from home, or unplug and relax. Cabin includes Wifi, Netflix, YouTube TV, an Alexa for music, games, fireplace, BBQ pit, and outdoor fire pit. If you're tired of city lights, sit out on the porch and stargaze!
