The property is lovely . Fits the description and more so. In a lovely location, in the grounds of the hosts property, with secure parking . The location is ideal for the Ferry Port. The hosts are lovely they couldn’t have been more helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Would recommend and will definitely stay again if we are in the area. Thankyou

Fred and Kelly’s place is absolutely wonderful. We stayed because the price was better and there was a little more room than many places directly in the city. Though we looked forward to it, we didn’t expect to fall in love with it…and we did! Staying outside of the city is pretty great. It’s a 10ish minute walk to the train station, and then an easy navigation to wherever you need to go. We didn’t mind the “commute” a bit, and it was nice to start off and wind down in a quieter setting. The place itself is well kept, clean, and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the shower was hot with good pressure. We enjoyed casting Netflix on the TV with the fireplace on in the evenings, and we spent a couple of mornings in the garden. We booked this spot our entire stay, but also spent one night in Amsterdam to experience “city life,” and also spent one night in Utrecht. These were perfect additions to our home base plan. I’d definitely stay here again!

Excellent séjour chez Vera qui est adorable. Le logement est mignon, propre, et conforme au descriptif. Le quartier est magnifique, il y règne une atmosphère paisible et calme. Le petit déjeuner est parfait, varié avec des produits de qualité. Je ne peux que conseiller ce logement.

Ons zussenweekend was een succes! Een hele fijne locatie, Caroline en Kevin heel gastvrij. Fijn contact, bij vragen ook snel reactie! Heerlijk huis, van alle gemakken voorzien en zelfs een fijn zitje buiten. Fietsverhuur op loopafstand en dan er heerlijk op uit! Kortom, genieten en wat ons betreft, echt een aanrader! Dank voor jullie gastvrijheid!

Wij hebben wederom fantastische dagen gehad; we mochten voor n 2e keer hier verblijven, nu in een ander seizoen. De accommodatie is zeer sfeervol en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt (en nog veel meer) voor een heerlijk ontspannen verblijf in een werkelijk prachtige omgeving, waar veel te doen en te zien is. Hele leuke eigenaren en daarbij is Bertina in alle opzichten een absolute top host. Ook haar verse, gezonde en gevarieerde ontbijt is eigenlijk niet te overtreffen. T Veldhoentje krijgt van ons een dikke 10! We komen graag weer een keer terug.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Astrid and Thijs are fantastic hosts – incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. They gave us lots of great tips on what to see and do in the area, which really enhanced our trip. Their beautiful garden is the perfect place to relax. The accommodation was spotless and flawless. We truly had a great time and would love to come back!

Een mooie plek. En meteen de fazant met kuikens in de tuin. Prachtig mooie luchten gezien vanonder de overdekte veranda. Hazen en reigers. Koekoek en uilen. Goed geslapen op de knusse bovenverdieping. Mooi gestyled met oog voor detail. Die trap, woww.

We had a very nice stay at Ton's place. Very quiet place, perfect to rest and to discover Nordholland, its mills and its polders.

Excellent séjour chez Edith et son mari! Accueil chaleureux avec des petits gâteaux, disponible en cas de besoin, logement propre, bien équipé (ex: vraie machine à café) et conforme à la description. Le cadre est paisible, charmant et très agréable pour se reposer. Très accessible en bus d'Amsterdam (15mn de gare centrale) Tout était parfait, je recommande vivement.

Wir waren zu dritt für 4 Nächte dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Jesse lief schnell, freundlich und reibungslos. Es ist ein Bungalow rückseitig zum Wohnhaus liegend mit kleiner privater Terrasse. Die Lage ist optimal, wenn man die Gegend im Umland erkunden will. Zum Strand sind es 5-10 Min. mit dem Fahrrad. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Leiden ist nur gute 10+ km entfernt, Amsterdam in ca. 40 Min. Autofahrt zu erreichen.

Wir haben zu viert das Pfingstwochenende in der Unterkunft verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Vorallem der untere Wohnbereich und das Bad haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Umgebung ist äußerst ruhig und die Aussicht traumhaft. Man ist umgeben von Natur & Tieren. In 30 Minuten Fußmarsch befindet sich ein Jumbo Markt. Am Samstag waren wir auf Empfehlung von Aafje in Dordrecht. Ein sehr schöner kleiner Ort nur 30 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Wir können die Unterkunft Guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen :)

Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll schön eingerichtet und genauso herzlich ist die Kommunikation. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Die Natur und die Möglichkeit, sie zu entdecken, ist wunderbar. In der Unterkunft gibt es tolle Bücher dazu.

Wij hebben er erg van genoten ondanks ons korte verblijf, maar gaan zeker terugkomen en zullen jullie visitekaartjes goed bewaren en het adres doorgeven. Ten tweede onze complimenten voor de mooie gastvrije ontvangst van zoon Daniel! Ook het ontbijt was zeer goed verzorgd, compleet en boven verwachting lekker👌🏻 Heel graag tot ziens. Where to start...first of all, the contact with Kristel and Frans was extremely easy and proactive. They gave us a very friendly welcome and made us feel at home. The accommodation itself is a cute little place for two people. Everything you need was there. We also spent a lot of time with Frans and had really great conversations. Kristel and Frans were very open and accommodating. We didn't lack for anything. They gave us tips on where we could eat well, what we could see and where we could fish well. We would particularly like to emphasize Frans sincerity and his positive and funny manner. Talking to him was never boring and always funny! Our highlight was on the last evening. Frans invited us to go fishing on the boat. We spent 3 hours on the water with Frans and had a really great time. We will be back and will bring a crate of beer next time. Thank you two, we won't forget you.

We waren aangenaam verrast door de gezelligheid van het huisje, inclusief buitenomgeving. Door het vervelende weer konden we helaas niet genieten van buiten. Inrichting is heel compleet, inclusief allerlei serviesgoed, mogelijkheden om zelf te koken, kruiden, olie etc. was allemaal aanwezig. Leuk dat er ook spelletje waren en voldoende leesmateriaal (tijdschriften, boeken). Marjelle heette ons welkom en liet ook weten dat zij of haar man beschikbaar waren in geval van vragen. We hadden een goede tip gekregen voor een eetcafe in de buurt! Marjelle had voor 2 dagen ontbijt geregeld en dat was prima!! Brood, yoghurt, afbakbroodjes, broodbeleg (hartig en zoet), appelsap, fruit, muesli -- het was allemaal beschikbaar! Geweldige douche, heel schoon en voldoende heet water!!! We kunnen eigenlijk alleen maar positief zijn. Enige wat we misten was een extra stoel voor de eettafel; waarschijnlijk vanwege de ruimte, waren er 2 stoelen en aanvullend 2 krukjes.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dem liebevoll eingerichteten Gästehaus. Es ist alles vorhanden und in der Wohnung alles selbsterklärend beschrieben. Das Gästehaus ist sehr sauber, das Doppelbett sehr gut und alles praktisch und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist top und ein kostenloser Goßparkpkatz nicht weit entfernt. Nel ist sehr zuvorkommend, schnell erreichbar und antwortet auch sehr schnell. Katwjik ist auch sehr schön, vor allem der Strand mit den ganzen Beachclubs. Check in war sehr einfach mit Schlüsselbox. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Erna is truly an amazing Hostess and she is so generous with everything. I only chose to stay in Barneveld reading the reviews of Erna and her delicious breakfast since my husband and I wanted to be spoiled a bit. Barneveld is quiet but with a car you can drive. It exceeded expectations. She provides an amazing and clean accommodation. The bed is so comfortable and there are plenty of towels for guests to use. The little kitchenette was convenient and came with a toaster oven and a hot plate. There is no microwave but we managed fine since we stayed for two days. Erna also allowed us to use her washer and dryer. Helped us to order pizza. She welcomed us with a lovely bottle of wine and chilled beers and drinks. I loved the garden which is so cute and well planned. She has all the cutlery and assorted glasses you will need. I am back in Canada and still dreaming of Erna and her warm hospitality and delicious breakfast. Thank you for everything you did for my husband and me, Erna. Love

Paulien and Pim's Airbnb was so beautifull! We loved it. And not only did it look fab, it was a really comfortable and relaxing place to spend time. We also really enjoyed the garden which was very lovely. Paulien and Pim were superb hosts - so friendly and welcoming - we instantly felt at home. Thank you both for a brilliant holiday!

We enjoyed a wonderful time at Edward’s place. The area is peaceful with pristine surroundings, we could walk and see attractions in the area as a family. There were lots of nice touches in terms of food and groceries that we could use and it helped us to settle in after our international travels to the Netherlands. There was coffee and sweet treats for the kids which was wonderful. Check-in was easy as per instructions. His response is swift and he gave great advice and support. The stay here was definitely a highlight and will be recommended to others!

Nous recommandons ce logement agréable et confortable où nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous avons été très bien accueillis avec en prime des conseils très utiles ! Le logement est situé dans un quartier calme et proche du centre ville.

We highly recommend this AirBnB, it is one of the best that I have stayed in! The accommodation itself is beautiful, Mikiel built most of it himself and it is finished off to a very high standard. The decking area is just beautiful, perfect for having our morning croissants from the local Bakery and lovely to sit in the hot tub after a day exploring. The living area is spacious, the bed comfy and the shower worked perfectly. There were lots of little touches which were so thoughtful and my friend really appreciated the gift left for her for her 50th birthday, again our hosts went above and beyond. Our hosts were responsive to queries and flexible as we needed to checkin a bit later. The location was perfect to explore Amsterdam via train and we went to Zaanse Schans by bus which we caught at the top of the road. The houseboat is situated in a beautiful little town with good restaurants, the best recommended by our hosts. Don't hesitate to book this gorgeous AirBnB!

Die Wohnung von Daphne ist super gelegen für Ausflüge nach Amsterdam und hatte alles, was man braucht. Daphne ist eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin und hat sehr schnell auf meine Fragen geantwortet.
