You can park your bike or car for free in front of the door or on your own property.

Or do you need an overnight stay for your work? Then you're in the right place! The accommodation is small but complete, is attached to our house, and you have the whole space to yourself. A nice breakfast is provided in a breakfast basket. On the edge of a green residential area, no through traffic, close to arterial roads.

Our spacious studio of 43 m² is located on the outskirts of the beautiful town Oudewater in the Green Heart of the Netherlands. The studio is a wonderful place to relax in the spacious garden for a weekend and enjoy nature, but also a great place to stay longer and discover the surrounding cities, such as Utrecht, Gouda, Delft, and Rotterdam. The studio includes 2 bicycles, allowing you to reach the supermarket and the picturesque center of Oudewater, in about 5 minutes.

Private realm in glorious garden

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

Comfortable accomodation (2p) in green area

In our annex we have a 2-person accomodation. It has its own living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Both accomodations have acces to their own terrace and to our garden. Our garden is located in the green surroundings of the Maxima Park. The bustling cosiness of Utrecht can be reached in 10 minutes. Although our accommodation is still called 'Bed and Breakfast', the accomodations are self-catered and breakfast is not included in the service.

Cozy apartment, 75 m2 incl. use of 2 bicycles. Our apartment has an open living room-kitchen, bedroom with double bed and cheerful bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). The apartment is located in the outskirts of Breukelen on the river De Vecht, near the Loosdrechtse Plassen, centrally located between Amsterdam and Utrecht in a beautiful, rural area with beautiful estates on the Vecht. Ideal for cycling, hiking and boating, city trips and fishing.

Guest house in the front house of our farm

In the front house of our farm, we have created a cozy, rural guest house for you. The house consists of three floors and has its own entrances, so you can stay completely private. Enjoy a cozy living room on the ground floor that adjoins a cozy kitchen. Time to relax and unwind? On the first floor, you will find two cozy double rooms, a single room, and a bathroom with shower and second toilet. In the attic, there are 3 single beds.

Mariahoeve Guest House (130 m2)

Discover the tranquility and charm of rural life in our cozy home, perfect for a romantic getaway or a family vacation. Originally an old barn, it has now been transformed into a 130m2 rural retreat with a touch of French flair. Step outside onto our spacious terrace overlooking our fruit trees, and enjoy the peaceful views of our farm animals - sheep, pigs, goats, chickens, turkeys and ducks - grazing freely among the trees.

Cozy stylish detached new studio + free bikes

We love to welcome you in our cozy detached studio in the east of Utrecht. The quiet neighborhood is just 12 min by bike to the historical citycentre (free bikes available). Your private "front house" has its own entrance and all conveniences. So you will have all privacy but if you need any help, we would love to help you out (we live nextdoor). Ps the new super (pricewinning Bruno bed) sofa bed has arrived and is installed!
