Through a private entrance, secured with an electric gate, you arrive after 40 meters, in a tiny house that is equipped with all comforts. Completely free due to a lot of vegetation, you can enjoy the wonderful Dutch sun on the spacious terrace.

Wij bieden een fijn huisje van 30m2 waar je in privacy kunt genieten van de rust. Het huisje is voorzien van alle gemakken zoals vloerverwarming, 2 fietsen, privetuintje, en een héérlijke douche. En dat in de bosrijke omgeving. Knus, comfortabel, met bluetooth radio en prima WiFi. Mountainbikers kunnen hier losgaan in de bossen. & Huisdieren zijn welkom.

This pleasantly equipped holiday bungalow is situated in Maarn on the Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park. The house is situated in a quiet location and has a terrace and a large woodland garden. This pretty natural environment offers several possibilities such as uwalks, bike rides and visits to various cities and villages, castles, gardens and museums. Near to the apartment is the Henschotermeer, a natural pond in the middle of hills surrounded by white sandy beaches and green sunbathing area.

Our beautiful vacation home is located in the old village near Amerongen Castle. Ideal for hikers, cyclists, motorcyclists and mountain bikers! It is a detached cottage, in the style of the tobacco barns from the area, with a private entrance, lovely bed, kitchen, luxurious NEW bathroom with rain shower and cozy veranda (with wood stove!) and views of the greenery of our backyard. Guesthouse on private tennis court, near nature reserve.

We have a detached guesthouse on our property, 50 meters behind our house and our private tennis court. Perfect location for visiting Utrecht and Amsterdam (10 and 40 minutes by train, and the station is within walking distance). Also ideal for cycling and hiking because we are located at the National Park "Utrechtse Heuvelrug". The rent includes max. 2 hours (per day) use of our tennis court. Please let us know in advance if you want to play tennis. You can safely store bicycles here.

Unique Stay in the Countryside!

The cottage has a unique atmosphere, created with materials from the old days. It is located at the back of our yard, overlooking the meadows, the forest and the dike. In summer, the cows of the adjacent farm graze in the meadow, and the ducks and coots swim in the ditch. You can regularly see a stork or a deer! With the sound of the cuckoo, the lapwing or the owl, you experience nature very close! From the conservatory or from the large garden, you can see the sun rise in the morning.

It is located in an outbuilding (built in 2015) where a garage and a clothing workshop are housed on the ground floor. Sleep in a romantic wooden tower. Breakfast with fresh eggs from our bantams (in season). Our B&B is located in a former architect's studio. The seating area is bright and spacious. With a kitchenette with fridge, gas stove, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine and bathroom with shower, toilet and small sink. The B&B is located at the back of our deep garden, has its own entrance and sunny terrace with lots of privacy.
