Lovely cottage for a week away with our toddler. Beautiful quiet park and wooded area. The garden of the cottage offers all kinds of nice playgrounds for children, so you can sit quietly as a parent.

The villa exceeded our expectations. The property exudes a nice ambiance and you feel right at home. Everything was prepared so that you could immediately enjoy the holiday to the fullest. Jop is a friendly generous host who goes out of her way to make your stay as cozy as possible. If you have any questions, someone will be available immediately. This vacation was unforgettable. We are definitely planning to come back again. We thank Jop for this great experience at his villa.

We had a great girls' weekend at the accommodation! There were 8 of us and the house is very large and spacious with several bedrooms and bathrooms. The open living area with kitchen and dining area was very nice. The pool house is the highlight of the accommodation! The garden is also very beautiful and we could use it alone. As a small note, the direct neighbors should be mentioned, but you could not hear the music in the house outside at all when all the doors are closed. Overall, I highly recommend the accommodation and we would go back.

Marcel is a great host who takes care of his guests. He is available when needed. The apartment is very nice, quiet and peaceful. Everything that is needed for å week or weekend is there and the outdoor area is beautiful.

We had a nice stay. Very pleasantly welcomed….Everything nice and clean and tidy. Lots of private and a nice garden at your disposal. Close to downtown , restaurants and shops The 2nd bedroom, outside to reach, was a bit small compared to the master bedroom.

We were there with 6 adults and 3 children over the Pentecost weekend. The area is beautiful, there is a lot to do and a supermarket is also close by. The accommodation was super nice and well equipped, as the weather was a bit mixed, we were very happy to have a nice living room, the hot tub and also the hotel nearby, as you could use a larger pool (indoor), a game room and the other amenities. We would definitely come back!

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Soest! The place was incredibly clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated — a perfect retreat surrounded by nature. The horses on the property added a unique and peaceful touch, and there was plenty to do in the area for nature lovers. What truly made the stay exceptional was the warm hospitality of the owner, Denise. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

The cottage is on a small-scale green park, where you can go with your dog. In fact, it was Pentecost weekend and I have never seen so many dogs. All of them are well-behaved and only friendly dogs. With a few minutes' walk, you are in the forest, where - in some places - the dog can also go off the line. There is also a communal swimming pool that you can use. The cottage is comfortable, the bed is good and also in a nice place where you have no view. Communication with the hostess, Jacq, is perfect. She responds immediately to any question. Thank you for the nice days.

Wonderful week, enjoyed the quiet view, swimming pool, lake and the playground around the corner for the kids.

This place is a must beautiful house on a wonderful location relaxing if you choose or plenty of activities if you wish reception staff very very polite and helpful cannot fault 👍👍👍👍👍

Cottage is located in a very nice and quiet environment (also close to Utrecht and Amersfort) - clean, nicely equipped, cozy and comfortable mattresses - Parking right next to the cottage with garden - access to swimming pool with slide - many playgrounds in the area - supermarket about 10 minutes by car. Jannes has informed us in advance that there are no towels available. Only negative point: at night, unfortunately, the heating went back, so it got very cold. However, we will be happy to come back.

Great place. Luxurious, sparkling clean, good beds, good beds, rooms and bathrooms, all the facilities that make it pleasant (especially for children), good coffee and two bottles of wine included on the table. We enjoyed 5 days (with three children of 2, 6 and 8 years old).

Very nice cottage. Quietly located with a nice view and tastefully decorated. We have cycled a lot in the Utrechtse Heuvelrug but also along the Nederrijn. And visited nice towns like Wijk bij Duurstede and Rhenen.

We had a great vacation with a really nice house. We were also kindly allowed to use the garden. The old house has a charm all its own and is very comfortably furnished. We felt comfortable immediately - not least because of Kater Henk. Sandy and Martijn were easily accessible for us and gave us great tips for exploring the area. Thanks!

We had a great stay in the very nice cottage. There is a very spacious living room with a good kitchen, two bedrooms and another sleeping arrangement in the living room... The house is also good for small children, there is a staircase but it only leads to storage space so you do not need stair safety. There are also some toys, which made us very happy. The garden and the surroundings are particularly beautiful, you can take great walks through the forest directly from the house. The only drawback (the landlords also write it in the information brochure that is in the house) is that there are an insane number of ticks in the garden, we were only an hour in the grass and had to remove two ticks from us - but of course no one can do anything about it.

We had a wonderful stay at Bart and Carole's guest house. They were very warm and welcoming and really happy we were there. They were very reachable if had questions or issues. They even arranged a full cleaning half way through our stay for a fee for the cleaner. The unit was perfect for us, a party of two, for three weeks, a home away from home. It was walkable to shopping, dining, and the grocery store, great location. When we come back to the Netherlands we will be checking on the availability of this wonderful home.

Very positive experience! The cottage is wonderful (and clean), the luxury is very nice and the area is beautiful. The animals (chickens and pigs) make it a very idyllic place. Rik and Hanneke are incredibly nice hosts, I would recommend this to everyone. Small things were very thoughtful, for example that Rik always and quickly responded to questions, Hanneke came after a question whether a drawing pen was present to bring a drawing pen (even before we actually needed it) and when we wanted to stay an extra night but this was not possible due to new tenants they thought along and were very flexible. In short, very good experience thanks to the landlords, the beautiful place and the nice house.

Slept here with my girlfriend for three nights. The communication with Lydia was super, in consultation we could even check in earlier and check out a little later. The cottage was small, but certainly super nice for the two of us. Fully equipped with all conveniences, such as dishwashing utensils, coffee, tea and plenty of crockery. We would definitely recommend this place.

it was a very nice experience with my friend. We stayed for two nights. The place was easy to find, clean and with all the equipment that we needed. Frank was very friendly. He offered us a welcome drink and snacks, and checked with us whether everything was okay from time to time. The neighbourhood was also very friendly! We had a flat tire when we were 3min-drive away, many people passing by stopped and offered to help. Overall, we would choose this place again the next time we go to the Nederland. :)

Elise was extremely helpful for us during our stay. She was very responsive to our messages and extremely pleasant to deal with! When I come back to the Netherlands, I plan on trying to stay here again!
