Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Utrechtse Heuvelrug

Elzelien's house suited us perfectly. We were an older couple with mobility issues with our son, daughter in law and 20 month granddaughter. Everything was on 1 floor and the house had 2 toilets! Difficult to find in the Netherlands. The garden outside was a big bonus for us. The weather was beautiful so we enjoyed playtime and most of our meals outside. Joao, Elzelien's husband, was wonderful with the baby. We would rcommend this beautiful house to everyone. Walking distance to the lovely town of Barneveld. Highly recommend. Thank you. Tot ziens. We were there with 6 adults and 3 children over the Pentecost weekend. The area is beautiful, there is a lot to do and a supermarket is also close by. The accommodation was super nice and well equipped, as the weather was a bit mixed, we were very happy to have a nice living room, the hot tub and also the hotel nearby, as you could use a larger pool (indoor), a game room and the other amenities. We would definitely come back!

What a wonderful place! Surrounded by greenery and flowers, awakened by the birds. Plenty of space with a beautiful interior. Possibility to walk and cycle in the nature in the area. Good tips from Jeannette and Frank, for example.

We were 6 people for two nights in this fantastically beautiful accommodation. The space is completely sufficient, with a large living area and 2 extra separate sleeping berths with double beds. The house is very special and an absolute highlight. In addition, the landlords are extremely helpful and nice. Thank you for the wonderful time we were able to spend with you :) we will definitely come back again

The cottage is on a small-scale green park, where you can go with your dog. In fact, it was Pentecost weekend and I have never seen so many dogs. All of them are well-behaved and only friendly dogs. With a few minutes' walk, you are in the forest, where - in some places - the dog can also go off the line. There is also a communal swimming pool that you can use. The cottage is comfortable, the bed is good and also in a nice place where you have no view. Communication with the hostess, Jacq, is perfect. She responds immediately to any question. Thank you for the nice days.

The accommodation is really nicely furnished, there is everything you need. The surrounding area is very nice and quiet. The stairs are very steep, otherwise everything is perfect. I would stay there again at any time. Communication is TOP and very friendly and helpful.

We had a fabulous stay in Soest in Floortje’s home. The location was wonderful, there was a bike rental place a few houses down and some great grocery stores within walking distance. We didn’t use the public transportation, but there were bus stops right outside. The street itself was quiet so we had a no trouble sleeping. There is also some fabulous walking paths right behind the home along the farmers fields. The Eng was even complete with a windmill. Floortje was helpful and responsive. She allowed us early check in and the home was stocked with all the essentials and some extras including cooking oil, salt and pepper. We highly recommend this location and AirBnb to anyone who is planning a stay in the NL.

The spacious apartment is in the middle of the city center, which was incredibly convenient for us. The host had good tips on where to park, he had described everything clearly and responded quickly if we had any questions.

Yasmin’s place was amazing! Unfortunately we had a short stay so we didnt get to experience everything she had to offer but the amenities were great and it was a beautiful location as well. She is also super friendly and communicated well. We would definitely book again.

The stay with Marjolein and Michiel was extraordinarily beautiful and cozy. Quietly located, beautiful ambience with private pond terrace and garden. Ideal for cycling tours to the World Heritage Site of the mills in Kinderdijk, Rotterdam, and Dordrecht. The water bus is also highly recommended! Since my husband turned 60, Michiel had thoughtfully put a nice bottle of Prosecco in the fridge for us in advance. Breakfast was very tasty and extensive. The beds are very comfortable. Joke & Marcs place was ideal for us as it was well designed for a couple like us. The setting was peaceful and we could sit out in the evening with a drink overlooking the river. Everything we needed was provided and J&M were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend if you wish to explore South Holland.

I enjoyed my stay in Muiderberg. I needed a convenient place to stay for one night in between moving house and this apartment was the perfect solution. The host was very flexible with the check-in time and even let me park a large van in her driveway. The accommodation itself was spacious, clean and had a nice atmosphere. It's actually much nicer than the photos used on Airbnb. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a quieter place to stay nearby Amsterdam or to someone who wants some days away in a cute dutch town.

Very nice stay with very friendly hosts! The location is also great, close to the center of Barneveld but still completely in the tranquility of the countryside. The surroundings are also beautiful, a beautiful area for cycling on the Veluwe.

We’ve now stayed in this beautiful, cozy little house for the second time – and it was just as lovely as the first. That’s exactly why we decided to come back. The house is tastefully and thoughtfully decorated, located in a quiet area, and the perfect place to relax. Our dog really enjoyed the park right across the street – great for walks. Our little son also had a blast, both playing in the house and exploring the city. We had an amazing time and felt right at home. Thank you – we’ll definitely be back!

I have stayed at several Airbnbs in the past few years and had wonderful experiences with each. This place has been the best place I have stayed. The host Maaike, is absolutely wonderful. Easy to communicate with, helpful, friendly and kind. The place itself is exactly as advertised. A great hideaway not far from several great destinations in the Netherlands. Quiet, comfortable, and private. When I come back to the Netherlands again, I will absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was super clean, lovingly decorated and exactly as described. The location was perfect – quiet but still central. This garden hideaway was a perfect place to unwind and take walks to magical places nearby. After several days in various cities I was ready for a break. A nearby island with a beach can reach by a pedestrian bridge just past the little grocery store. An old forest preserve with long allees of towering trees leading to a manor house and gardens can be reached just up the road in the other direction. Other reviews mentioned the occasional sound of planes which I barely registered. The sounds of the city were replace by the sound of wind in the trees and of a neighborhood rooster in the morning which I liked. Marjolein and Anton were a sheer delignt. Take a break and stay here for a few days.

We had a great time in the cabin. The place and the cabin are fantastic and Rens and Elisa w af and super friendly. In addition to the beautiful surroundings and the beautiful accommodation, we were very happy with the wood stove and the hot tub that we could use for a fee. It was a nice place to stay. Beautiful on the linge. Delicious jacuzzi, a party to light yourself with blocks of wood. Delightful cozy private place. The area is great for hiking and cycling. Cute place within walking distance of eateries. Kiona was always friendly and ready to help us. Totally fine.
