Noella and Erlick were very helpful during the pre-checkin period. The check-in was comfortable. Babu the caretaker was super helpful and ever smiling. The food was really amazing and it tasted even better with the beautiful sitting area in the balcony outside. The place is very peaceful and relaxing. The house is filled with interesting antique items. The bathrooms were recently renovated and were neat and clean. Best part was the welcome you get from our favourite “Patches” just before you enter the house. Thank you Noella and Erlick for everything. Thanks.

We had a lovely stay at the Villa. The other reviews say it all! Our pet dog had a lovely time at the villa and at the beach too. The road from the villa has now been extended till the beach so you can drive till the beach if you want to. Otherwise it is a quick 5 minute walk to a non-crowded rather unknown part of Cavellosium beach. Only locals know the place ! Lourio and his wife were super helpful and Ranjit was always available for any help we needed ( we had a 'taxi not showing up' emergency and Ranjit saved the day!). The villa was just perfect for our extended stay in south Goa, the fenced garden a big plus for those with pets.

Steal deal for the price and very comfy place! If you need to cook something too, there are enough resources! Highly recommend this place!

I recently stayed at this lovely Airbnb of Anurag and had a wonderful experience. The property’s ambiance is beautiful, with stylish interiors that create a cozy, relaxing atmosphere. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable, thanks to the memory foam mattresses, ensuring restful nights. The location is unbeatable – less than a 5-minute walk to the beach! It was so convenient to pop over for a morning walk or evening sunset. The property also provides parking for one car, which is a great bonus in this area. The hosts were incredibly responsive, always quick to help with any questions, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. For those who need to work remotely, the high-speed internet (150Mbps) was a huge plus, making it easy to stay connected without any issues. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with everything we needed for a perfect getaway and would highly recommend!

The accomodation exceeded our expectation. Very well maintained and clean. The terrace pickle ball was a bonus. Kids loved it! Sharath is a great host, always responded to our queries within minutes. My stay at this Airbnb near Varca Beach in South Goa was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the serene and less crowded Varca Beach, ideal for a peaceful getaway. The property itself was beautifully maintained, with spacious, clean rooms and a lovely balcony offering scenic views. It had all the necessary amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen, reliable Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, and even a private pool. The host was incredibly hospitable, providing helpful local tips and ensuring my comfort throughout. With its perfect blend of tranquility, modern comforts, and close proximity to other lovely beaches, this stay was a true gem, and I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a relaxing escape in Goa.

Villa is a perfect place to stay for anyone who desires to enjoy the tranquility of South Goa - nothing beats this place. It is classy and clearly sets itself apart from the other places in its vicinity and generally around in Goa. It has a proper pool unlike most villas which offer a namesake pool. It is a bit away from North Goa so if one wishes to party all night at North and come back to the Villa- it may be a bit of a long ride. Helpers at the villa are very accommodative in ensuring all requests are acceded to. Owner was generous in helping us in organising boat rides in Talpona river and was quite reasonable in providing a late checkin.

I guess the decision to spend our new years eve at Casa susegad was the best first decision of the year 2020 for us. The property handled by Carole and Norman is a perfect getaway for for us city dwelling folk. The property laid in the lap of nature is simply picturesque. The service is impeccable and the food is to die for. Coupled with the friendly nature of the staff and the always so helpful and joyous hosts our stay was much better than we expected. I recommend a early morning walk and then a nice cool swim followed with a scrumptious breakfast to make your even better. As the name suggests susegad is what every visitor should feel being here.

The villa Lua Cheia was beautiful. We had a wonderful stay there with our family. The villa, the pool and the facilities were all excellent. The hosts Karan and Carrie were very welcoming and helpful organising transfer taxis, meals at the villa and also an amazing boat trip on the local river and out to sea where we saw many birds and dolphins. Overall we had a wonderful holiday, thank you so much.

We were so glad and lucky to have found this incredibly beautiful place. It was just the right place to celebrate a reunion of friends, create new memories, relive old ones. The beautiful villa, its wondrous past, its powerful present, everything left us in awe of not just the place but also Karan. His journey is inspirational and his demeanour, endearing. You feel the warmth and love that has gone into preserving this magical place, the moment you are greeted by Karan’s team - Rashmi and Sangeeta. They took very good care of us and we would certainly recommend this place to everyone.

While the photos provided were representative of the actual villa, the responsiveness of Kavita and the caretaker truly stood out. We appreciate the cleanliness of both the property and the pool. The villa's location within a pleasant society offered a peaceful atmosphere, although it's worth noting that the beach and main market area are situated approximately one kilometer away. The provided facilities met our expectations. Just a minor point – the kitchen chimney and stove could benefit from some maintenance. Overall, we had a great stay and would certainly recommend this villa

Great place for a family or group upto 10 persons. Friendly & helpful care takers. Very clean & well maintained. Liked it & will recommend it for beautiful south Goa . Beaches etc. are nearby. All in all great place to stay.

Sophie is definitely a wonderful person and her place was extremely immaculate. As my future wife and I were traveling for 9 days Sophie was heaven sent. She is extremely responsive and went up and beyond her means to make us comfortable. The only regret we had was we didn’t spend enough time at her place as we were headed back to Delhi on Monday. I would say the villa reminds me a lot of Ocho Rios. They have 2 swimming pools on the property. I will definitely be back in 2025 mark my words. Sophie also has many books to read. She goes the extra mile for her guests. There is a kitchen available so you can go to the grocery store and back if you don’t want to dine out. If you do be sure to go to Mike’s Place they have the best vibe in Cavelossim Beach. So sad Reggae Haven was not open at the time. Best time to go to Goa is December - January. Lucious beach across the street about 3 minute walk. Be sure to check out all the stalls before buying if you are looking for something special.

Our group of 6 have just returned from a 16 night stay at this Villa and we had the most incredible time! It was in a beautifully peaceful location with easy access to the surrounding places such as Palolem and Patnem. The villa itself is so spacious and relaxing with the most gorgeous garden. During the booking, Rohan was so responsive and helpful, making the experience before we arrived stress free! On arrival, Assis, Rohan’s father, checked us in and gave us so much helpful information for our trip. He was also on the other end of the phone for the entire trip for anything we needed. He kindly organised us local boat trips, which were incredible and recommended places for us to eat and visit! This was enormously helpful and his recommendations were simply wonderful, including Art Resort in Palolem, where we spent most of our holiday! Bahadur, the housekeeper looked after us really well, and kept everything clean and tidy, whilst also cooking breakfast. Thank you so much! 💕

All the amenities were well-stocked, which made everything feel seamless and stress-free. Communication with the host was quick and easy; he were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed but still quiet and peaceful. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay!

We are a family of 9 and this villa was amazing from the size to the location, it had everything the cleaner was lovely and we had clean towels every day. There is a pool on site just one min away. We would recommend this villa to large families, beautiful scenic location, great air con in every room. Kitchen well equipped but we only just used the glasses as so many great restaurants in walking distance to eat.
