Comfortable and beautiful stat

The place has a great ambience adding the view is sure to make your stay worth. Worth mentioning- the kindness and generosity of Tarun jee (host) have touched my heart. The food at this place has been the most wonderful- fresh and home made. Remember to take your own vehicle as public transport is difficult to find.

We stayed at Kush's place for a day on 29th March. It was a good stay. First the pros: 1. It is close to library chauk just 300 mtrs walk up. You can easily walk upto mall road as many times as you wish. 2. The place is easily reachable by car and there is a parking place. 3. This airbnb has two bedroom and a drawing dinning and two washrooms. So two small families or a large group can easily fit in. They have one sofa cum bed in drawing room. 4. For winters they have room heaters in all the rooms. 5. If you are staying long, they have all the utensils, a microwave, a toaster, two burner gas stove, a fridge. So you can easily cook your meal. 6. There is a large balcony overlooking the valley. This is a good place to relax and sip your tea or coffee. View from the balcony is very good. 7. Kush is very responsive and knows how to run a good airbnb. 8. Caretakes are good. They will help u. Cons: the aparrment building is old and poorly maintained. There is no powerbackup/inverter.

Shaheena’s home is a wonderful place to spend time in Dehradun. It is within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. I was able to rent scooter nearby and made a day-trip to Mussoorie which is a must for travelers and locals alike. The area is peaceful and the flat has everything you could need to feel comfortable. I felt very much at home here during my four weeks. I highly recommend picking this spot for your trip to Dehradun!

The stay is neat and clean and will give you a feeling of a home away from home. It is surrounded by mountains and a river valley, so the view there is great. It is a very peaceful place so you can relax in peace during vacations, away from the city disturbances. The amenities provided were too good for this price range. Harday Bhaiyya, helped me with my local work and was really friendly. They helped me in various ways, even before we checked in to after we checked out. They cleared all my doubts regarding the place. This was one of the best AirBNB's I have stayed in. Would love to stay here again when I visit Dehradun in the future.

Positive A. Location Very close to Haridwar-Dehradun highway, with petrol pump facility, wide 30 feets road, with ample parking space and good clean residential colony B. Accommodation Very good and spacious, good for leisure and official trip. Excellent working station facility with office stationaries, multiple charging facilities. Swing in the small, but beautiful colorful garden was quite enjoyable. Mattresses provided can accommodate 7-8 persons and enough storage space C. Toilets and Bathrooms Two very well-equipped clean toilets with hot water were helpful for getting ready in the morning in a short time. Adequate toiletries were provided. D. Kitchen Facility Excellent kitchen facility with Gas stove, induction cooker, sandwich maker, grinder and juicer and steam-based cooking device and all the required utensils and crockery. Dining space is quite spacious with a table, chairs, TV and music system D. Other facilities Laundry facilities, grocery shop with all required food materials available in just 30 meters from the guest house. The petrol pump is just 100 meters. The host on request allows me to clean my car using piped water. On the second day, I could keep my car inside the campus. A small library with a good collection of spiritual and management books worth reading. Room heaters, hairdryers, electric kettles were provided along with RO water without any additional cost. Electric back up was good for lights, fan and TV and for charging lap top. E. Internet facility was good, and we used GIO dongle for the same. Areas of Improvement Not contemporary modern looking guest house. Overall response Excellent simple, but safe comfortable and affordable homestay, with all the required facilities for a short or long stay, leisure or business, stay with two independent rooms with washrooms, drawing and dining space, excellent colorful garden. Value for money 5/5

For someone seeking a retreat from the ever-moving city life, this place serves all the pause that you need. The garden outside was perfect for my morning meditation and the late night strolls. Ankita and her family are amazing hosts. They'll make sure that you feel at home and that you aren't short of anything. If you're lucky, Ankita might crack a few lame puns. She later gives cashback to compensate you for it too :p The entire place is decorated with awesome hand-made decors and paintings, that adds a very warm vibe. The location was great. The rooms were very spacious. The unit had all the amenities. Well-equipped kitchen, Multiple dressing mirrors, Washing machine. The Wi-Fi was top notch. All in all, a very rejuvenating experience. It kind of gets sad when you have to leave this and go back to wherever you are going back to. But this also means that it gives you plenty of reasons to come back. Hopefully soon again!

Stayed at a cozy homestay in Dehradun. It's a bit away from the city bustle, which was perfect for some peace and quiet. Getting around was easy with vehicle options available. The host was incredibly supportive and had a wonderful nature. All the listed amenities were up to the mark. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay!
