We had a nice stay at this place. Our three kids especially enjoyed the pool :) Due to the style of the house together with the very rainy weather over the last weeks we had a lot of mosquitos when we first arrived, but we were able to get that under control quickly. Benjamin was always available when there were topics we needed to contact him for, even helping us out by coming over late when we lost the warm water. Thank you for taking care of us :)

The only bad thing about our stay is that we only spent a couple of days. We had an amazing time at this awesome home in the hills on Raiatea. Benjamin was very responsive, helped coordinate our rental car and very kind. The house was spotless, well maintained, and perfectly appointed. There were 6 of us and the space did not feel cramped at all. We highly recommend this beautiful home.

Truly a unique experience. The villa is only rented a few months a year, so you stayed in someone's house (with house cat). Which gives a warm feeling. In my opinion the most beautiful location of the island. great view and close to our favorite restaurant Fish & Blue.

This was truly one of the most beautiful houses and locations I've ever stayed in. The house, garden, and pool were so peaceful and breezy, with many special touches. Karine was a warm and communicative host (we especially appreciated the flexible check out). I can't recommend this place highly enough if you're looking for a relaxing and unique experience on Raʻiātea!

Villa Nina is a beautiful and peaceful place to stay while in Raiatea. Our hosts Fabiola and Laure went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our accomodation and time on the island. I highly recommend it and look forward to coming back too!

We had a great time with the family. Heimanu gave us a nice gift for my birthday. The house is tastefully decorated and everything is thought of. Beautiful floral decorations. The bedding was good and the place was very clean. Kayaks, paddleboards and bicycles are available. The pool was very nice and the icing on the cake was that we were able to admire beautiful sunsets. Our hostess was wonderful! Kind, responsive, a Tahitian goddess who took the time to show us how to properly tie a pareo. The view was absolutely incredible, the peacefulness was wonderful and she was just so kind and helpful. You will not go wrong with this place. Highly recommend!!!

An amazing spot for our one night before our charter boat. All 10 fit comfortable. Views incredible, we love the outdoor kitchen and prefect to walk everywhere. Host was so nice and lovely. She recommended a taxi and it all went perfect

We loved Suzie's place so much, we even extended our stay. Coming in the low-season, we had the entire property to ourselves (there are two cottages on the property). We felt safe, left alone, and attended to by the host. Sure, the road is close to the house, but locals go to sleep early and you don't hear cars at night. The place is great for kids and couples: snorkeling, SUP, gorgeous water. Also, be sure to rent Suzy's car (we did, and it was so convenient! You definitely need the car on this island). Suzy is professional, kind, and courteous. So glad we found this place. What a gem!

Great place to enjoy Raiatea and its sunsets. The accommodation has everything you need, including the kitchen with oven and gas stove. Benjamin is very responsive and advised us a car rental and an excursion to Tahaa that we are satisfied with.

The house of happiness, that's how I would summarize our stay if I were limited to four words. Admittedly, the access road is not easy (preferably plan a high vehicle to be more comfortable driving, but it can still be done with a low car, you just have to drive slowly) but finally, to arrive in this fare, we say that the "difficulty" is worth it. House very well located, quiet (some planes during the day but we were not present during the day) on the heights with a breathtaking view of Tahaa and Bora Bora in the distance! It is large, clean with a welcoming exterior. Lili the little kitten is adorable and will fill people in need of love with her hugs. With our two children we enjoyed our stay, Marie is a welcoming, available and attentive host. I had a hard time leaving and it had never happened to me before. I highly recommend it. You will be happy in this cocoon where love reigns.

We had a great stay in this beautiful house! The accommodation is very well equipped and functional, everything was very clean. Very quiet and relaxing surroundings. Very nice garden. Beautiful beach nearby and especially beautiful view from the terrace for aperitifs!! Very good communication with Simon, pleasant and responsive host.

This home is a gorgeous place to stay and take in the beauty of Raiatea. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds are super comfortable. Wonderful spacious bathrooms. The kitchen is easy to cook in. We loved this central location to explore the island from. Benjamin is a wonderful host and communicates well. I felt very welcome and well cared for. Highly recommend.

Was lovely staying across the street from the water! The mago tree and swing in the front was cute. You can open the gate and drive in to the lawn then park next to the home. Was welcomed by two lovely and protective dogs that barked a bit at night. The neighbors were generous with offerings, music, and enjoyed the sunsets in the evenings. There’s a couple restaurants a few minutes by car north of the spot. Overall was very comfortable.

What a beautiful place! The kitchen was very well stocked and ready for us to cook our meals. The location was perfect. Far enough out of town that you felt like you had wide open space, but close enough to get to stores and restaurants easily. We were really impressed with how clean everything at the property was. I didn’t feel like we needed to clean anything to feel comfortable. The sunsets are stunning. The available kayaks were a lot of fun. The large grassy yard was great for playing games with the kids We had plenty of space in the house to feel like we were at home. The host has thought of many things to make this place, comfortable and accommodating. We would absolutely recommend this place to someone else.

We leave with lots of memories, especially the breakfast with views of the dolphins, the kayak, and the motu nearby. Excellent!

Nice accomodation and good location. The place is well equipped, and the room is spacious with good bedding. Air conditioning is really a plus. The TV is also a nice little bonus. Watch out for the carpet in the living room (you can get your feet caught in it) Adam is a very kind host, with clear check-in and check-out instructions. He responds quickly to messages and makes every effort to ensure that the stay goes well. Thanks again

Our host Benjamin was very responsive and had good tips. The listing is as advertised. Good services but you should not linger in the shower because not much hot water.
