The Ranch House

Quiet, peaceful and relaxing describes our newly remodeled homestead. This ranchhouse is designed for activities and has plenty of areas to enjoy. Family-owned, this working ranch is 10 minutes from Garner, 5 minutes from Utopia and 20-ish from Lost Maples. With Garner, Lost Maples State Park, the Twisted Sisters and the Frio river close there's always something fun to do. There are many local eateries, some with live music and lots of fun little shops to check out. Come and enjoy!

The Honeycomb Hive is a Great place to stay for anyone who’s looking for a comfortable night stay in Uvalde. Hunters and Families are Welcome! This 2 bedroom/2 full bath home, is located next to our new Dollar General, and is conveniently located off Highway 83 near the Country Junction easy access to travel to Concan, Highway 55 if traveling to Chalk Bluff, 19 Mile, and many more River spots. Come and enjoy relaxation at its finest. Privacy Fence and a Cemented 2 car parking slab is a plus!

Welcome! Step inside this newly remodeled home, pull a shot of espresso and relax. This home has strong Wi-Fi, but no television. For the chef- This kitchen is fully stocked with table service, kettles, baking pans, blender, mixer, electric griddle and much more. Each of the three bedrooms has a queen-sized bed. Completing the house are two full bathrooms and hiding behind a sliding barn door you will find a laundry complete with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Beautiful, secluded home in Frio Cielo Ranch, with access to the Dry Frio River (not dry), and located just 17 miles from Concan Texas and the Frio River. Close to Garner and Lost Maples. This wildlife haven and night-time star show is some of the best the State has to offer. Enjoy feeding deer off the 12-foot-wide wrap-around porch or hike along the river and look for arrowheads. A Peaceful RIVERFRONT home w/ great swimming hole

Come out & RELAX with your family or friends and enjoy some peace and quiet. Sit on the front porch,enjoy a nice breeze, watch the different bird species, lay in the hammock or splash in the beautiful Nueces river right out in front yard. Secluded, dark skies, great views, big patio!

Charming 100+ yr old ranch house on private acreage with great views. Large patio & fenced back yard are great for kids/pets. Excellent star gazing. Wildlife feeders. We use this home ourselves and have young kids, so it is stocked better than most rentals and (relatively) kid friendly. Near Lost Maples Park (less than 10 min), Garner Park (30 min), Utopia (10 min), Leakey (20 min), Medina (20 min).
