Holiday rentals with a patio in Uvita

Nice place, great view, excellent privacy, quiet, I would stay at the place again. They had everything we occupied for the stay.

I couldn’t be happier with this Airbnb!! My husband and I booked Brian & Karla’s Casita for a week to enjoy our honeymoon. I wish we’d booked it even longer. This place has a way of making you feel completely unplugged from society, all the while being as modern as it gets. Pictures don’t do it justice! The wrap around balcony was perfect for evening sunsets, and the inside of the Casita was a perfect place to relax after adventuring Costa Rica. The Casita is a short drive down the mountain to Dominical, which has tons of local restaurants - Brian’s recommendations were spot on! You are also super close to Nuayaca Waterfalls, Uvita, and Manuel Antonio! Brian is an amazing host and quickly responded whenever we had questions. Him and his wife even made us dinner one night. We highly recommend this airbnb and we would book at Brian’s 1000x over! Pura Vida

A cozy place, well equipped, clean, close to several restaurants and very close to the entrance of Marino Ballena park. The doors have lock security with keys which makes the entrance autonomous, has cameras, has covered parking, the air conditioners work very well and there is laundry area on the first floor with washing machine and dryer. Everything is very functional for an enjoyable stay. Axel, thank you so much for having us.

Mr. Keneth is a very cordial person in his dealings, very accessible and understanding in terms of the flexibility of entering and leaving his facilities, which greatly facilitates independence when touring. The impeccable facilities, I loved that they had sugar in sachets for safety reasons, the mini fridge and the microwave, I am gluten intolerant and I must take my own food everywhere, their facilities and implements made everything easier for me. Thank you!

Our stay at this property was absolutely incredible, with a breathtaking view! The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped. The concierge was welcoming, and we appreciated for a hot shower and fresh towels. The pool area was stunning and well-maintained.However, there are a few areas that could be improved. It good to have coffee or tea for guest, and we were surprised to find there was no iron. Additionally, some house rules were unexpected, such as the prohibition on drones and no BBQs, despite them being shown in the photos. Although the balcony is shared with other guests, we were fortunate to have it mostly to ourselves. The bar chairs on the balcony were not very comfortable, and there was only one patio chair for the two of us. We also felt a bit uncomfortable with the presence of several cameras on the property, including one right of our apartment. Despite these minor issues, our overall experience was fantastic! We would definitely stay again!

Great AirBnB room in a hotel complex. Very great and large balcony with great views over the garden and the sea. In the middle of animals and wonderful vegetation. Great hotel trails and very nice pool area. Very good food and friendly staff. Very quick response to questions and very helpful hints. Highly recommended !

This Airbnb was amazing with a spectacular view. The house was well organized and clean. If you’re looking for a secluded stay with beautiful scenery then look no further. I loved the floor plan of the house and how the master bedroom, master bathroom and living room all had glass doors that could open to allow guest to view the backyard, mountains, and ocean. The only thing I would like to make future guest aware of is the road to the house. If you’re renting a vehicle make sure that it is four wheel drive and be prepared to handle the terrain. All in all 10/10 stay.

Wonderful place to stay. The location was perfect. Close to everything, restaurants, shopping and of course the beach. Neff was very responsive when asked questions. Gave great recommendations for restaurants. The bed and furniture were extremely comfortable. And the best thing was the pool. We used it every day rain or shine. Will hopefully be back soon!!

Nice modern and clean home in a new neighborhood. So new that some of the infrastructure like the roads leading to the house are still gravel. No big deal however, don’t need a 4x4 vehicle like we had but still have to be mindful to drive slow getting there. The entire home had air conditioning which is somewhat rare in Costa Rica. Good water pressure and hot water for the shower.

Absolutely loved our stay! Smooth check-in/communication with Erika; she also gave great local recommendations. The location was perfect: private, quiet, with wonderful jungle sounds and mountain views. The beautiful, well-maintained garden was managed by Rolbin, the friendly gardener. He brought fresh fruit and gave us tours of the property's trails (waterfall/river included). The kitchen was incredibly well-equipped, from a citrus press, moka pot, to an ice cream maker – we genuinely missed nothing. Clean spring tap water was a huge bonus; it remained functional even during power outages (mechanical system). We often didn't notice brief outages as we still had water and cooked on the gas stove! Internet (~40-80 Mbps) was surprisingly fast, allowing to get work done. We miss falling asleep to jungle sounds! If you're looking for peace, comfort, and unique amenities in a beautiful setting, this is the place.

This place is straight out a dream, views are exceptional! House is super spacious, & each rooms has its own everything. I’ve confident in saying this was the best BNB I’ve stayed in. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your place, we’ll be back again! FYI - The house is in the jungle, if you’re afraid of lizards & bugs I’d think twice. But if you love nature & what it has to offer. Please look no further. THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY.

Wonderful stay to end our two-month trip through Costa Rica! We felt at home from the very beginning in this fantastic accommodation. Everything was spotless, and the kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything you might need. There was also a very helpful booklet full of restaurant recommendations and activity tips — all well described. The pool was amazing, with lots of pool toys that made our kids really happy. The house has a new washing machine and dryer — not something you find everywhere in Costa Rica. Our clothes finally felt truly clean again! Richard, the host, was extremely helpful and always responded quickly to any questions we had. All in all, a perfect place to stay — especially recommended for families. We would come back any time!

Amazing location and beautiful home with views. The views of ocean and grilling on back porch with sunset was amazing. Perfect place for a family getaway and perfect location near beach. Amazing host and great communication.

I only stayed one night this time but could have spent many more nights here. A very nice place close to everything! This place is inpecably clean and fresh- the apartment as well as area. Comfy beds! The staff was highly communicative before arrival and very welcoming. I appreciated being able to keep my luggage stored after check out. Again: highly service minded staff. Lovely! Excellent place, I loved the privacy of the place, highly recommended, the host is very attentive, very well equipped, we would love to return!

In the complex there are four very well-equipped residential units that are very close to each other and all have outdoor kitchens. Our place was very clean, also the outdoor area was very well maintained (in front of the units + pool). You should be aware that - especially when the adjacent times are also occupied - it can be a little livelier. About the host: Gerardo is extremely nice, helpful and available at any time. If something was needed, he was always available within a very short time with a response or a solution. In addition, you can organize excursions directly with him. We recommend the place.

I came for a yoga and meditation retreat. This was the perfect 1 bedroom home to base myself, kitchen to cook each day, nice hill to go for morning walking and hikes, large lounge and balcony to practice my morning yoga. Good internet to do my work at the computer. Good air conditioning to keep cool when in the house. Lizzet was always responsive and helpful. High recommend.

Beautiful spot 10min from Dominical up the mountain. The view was spectacular every day. We loved watching Toucans right outside of our condo and hearing the howler monkeys. We enjoyed the patio so much, especially during those magical sunsets. The pool is a very nice additional amenity. Simply said; peaceful and beautiful place … small piece of paradise.

This place is exactly as it looks and is described, which makes it a good Airbnb and good value (at the price as of April 2025 at least). Carles and his co-host communicate well and everything about the place is easy (easy to find, check-in, care for, etc). It isn't fancy but it is nice/well-built (small things like the shower water doesn't get all over the bathroom like with many similar shower setups) and comfortably arranged for 1-2 people with 2 desks for working etc. Would absolutely return. Downsides, if you want to know them: the immediate surrounding area is nothing special (it's in a nondescript small development), and there was quite a bit of noise in the morning, including starting at 5:30am on Saturday (this may be temporary/construction). It didn't interfere with my enjoyment, but it is good to know.

We stayed in the apartment for five days and enjoyed it. Everything was as described and we could also use the small pool in between. Carles is an attentive and friendly host. For long-term travelers, this is a good place for in between, as you can cater for yourself very well with the good equipment of the kitchen (even a blender for smoothies) for two people. The area around the apartment is quiet and with the pleasant air conditioning or fan you sleep very well. Long story short: Absolutely recommended for those who want to visit Uvita or the Marino Ballena National Park.

I really liked the accommodation, a lot of tranquility, many birds, and sounds of animals that transmit peace. We went with a 4x2 car and it was fine for being summer, if you don't know how to handle on ballast street if a 4x4 is needed or in winter if needed. The views are unbelievable. .
