House, without exterior, in the village of Seguret. This is a house that was renovated in 2023 and offers excellent amenities. It consists of a large living room/living room with kitchen, upstairs 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms. This house is next door to our own house. You can enjoy our swimming pool during the summer period from June 1 to October 31: Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The WE and holidays according to our availability. The pool is a 2min walk away.

Our home, features an original fireplace, flagstone floors, and local furnishings. Enjoy the courtyard garden and pool (a quiet relaxing space, our neighbours appreciate their tranquility too). The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

Le Nid is a 14th century village house, freshly renovated in the heart of the historic center of Villeneuve-les-Avignon. Ideally located to enjoy the city and its cultural monuments on foot, mixing authenticity and contemporary comfort, Le Nid is an invitation to Provençal relaxation with its plastered walls, central wooden staircase, natural stone floor and a dominant view from the bedroom over the rooftops of Villeneuve. La Maison aux Oliviers - Private Pool - Provence

"La Maison aux Oliviers" is a small charming farmhouse of 90 m2, air-conditioned, independent and located on an old olive grove, quiet in a landscaped garden offering a beautiful private heated and secure pool. It is located at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail and close to the center of the village with all amenities (bakery, small grocery store/newsstand/tobacco shop, butcher, restaurant, pharmacy, doctor...) The pool and outdoor area are exclusively reserved for tenants. The terrace and panoramic pool offer breathtaking views of the vineyards, forest and Dentelles de Montmirail.

At the end of a hamlet, Boa Vista is a bright semi-troglodyte shepherd’s cottage: stone, wood, terracotta tiles… and rock right into the bathroom. A green haven with total peace, a sheltered terrace and a wraparound balcony. In summer: private above-ground pool and outdoor shower. Naturally cool in summer, cosy by the wood stove in winter. Beaumes is about 3 km away. “A mineral cocoon to slow down and recharge.”
