Il Cubetto -Sea Studio: sense of peace and freedom

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

L'appartamento si trova in una zona molto tranquilla di Rosignano Marittimo, piccolo paese collinare poco distante dalla Costa degli Etruschi e dal mare (circa 5 Km). È raggiungibile molto facilmente grazie alle principali arterie stradali come l'Autostrada Tirrenica e la Variante Aurelia, grazie alle quali potrai visitare anche molto agevolmente le principali Città d'Arte della Toscana, i tipici Borghi o potrai molto semplicemente godere del mare e ritornare a sera sentendoti come a casa tua.

"Mercanti" cozy attic in a tower house

An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

Il mio alloggio dista 500 m dal mare e 1,5 km dalle famose spiagge bianche, 100 m dal centro del paese, farmacia, negozi, bar, pizzerie, ristoranti. Il mio alloggio ha una camera con letto matrimoniale e singolo un bagno con cabina doccia (biancheria da bagno e da letto non fornita), una cucina e soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale. Possibilità di parcheggio libero in area pubblica adiacente all'abitazione. All'arrivo è richiesta Tassa di Soggiorno di 1 € a persona al giorno .
