It is located at the end of the road and therefore there is no car traffic past the cabin! Here you can enjoy the tranquility and the view, with sun from morning to evening🌞 Great opportunities to go mountain hiking nearby, or try your luck with fishing. With a central location, the cabin is an ideal starting point for exploring both Lofoten and Vesterålen. Here you have a short distance to the mountains, sea, beaches and great viewpoints. The popular Hauklandstranda is about 15 minutes from the rudder arch. Playing city, airport and short distance freeway to the rudder arch. If you want to try your luck in the fishing Vestfjorden, it is possible to rent a boat. In the months Jan-April the famous Lofotfisket is ongoing, and you can experience this fishing at Ballstad, which is one of Lofoten's largest and viable fishing weather.

Great area for hiking for both young and old. Great beach at Kalle and Rørvik. Hiking area within walking distance. Silsand (beach) and lean-to. The lean-to is located between Ørsnes and Hopen. Shopping place Leknes and Leknes airport are about 15 min away. Rorbu has stunning views of Lofotveggen, Mosken and Værøy

My place is near the sea, family-friendly activities, nightlife, nature and the airport. You will love my place because of the view, the location and the atmosphere. One can enjoy the silence. My place is good for couples, traveling alone, business travelers and families (with children). We generally close the cabin in the winter, but if you would like to visit Lofoten in the winter, please send us a request and we can discuss.
