Vertical split "Rorbu" with a lovely view!

Olebu is located "under the mountain" in Svolvær. Great vertically divided house with hallway, living room, bathroom and living room and kitchenette on the ground floor. Two bedrooms, hallway with sleeping space and toilet on the second floor. Loft with two extra beds with unique views, very good mattresses. Parking for 2 cars just outside the house, Here you can enjoy the proximity to the mountains and the sea as well as the fact that it is only a 20 min walk to Svolvær city center. Swimming area, sherpa stairs close by, fishing on the terrace!. The perfect holiday destination for summer and winter.

Relax with the whole family in this cozy house from the 1800s. 25 minutes to Svolvær and the nearest airport. Here is a lake and fishing waters in the immediate vicinity. Amazing nature and wildlife/birdlife. Possibility to see the midnight sun and the northern lights. Recommended activities in the surrounding area are sea eagle safari, arctic charr fishing in winter, perfect conditions for cross-country skiing or just a trip on skis in the field. Nice sledding hills just outside the house, ice fishing or skating. There are also two restaurants/pubs within 1.5 km.

In winter, there is a short distance to popular ski areas. There is a SUP board and two kayaks that can be used.

Restored timber house from the late 1800s, a classic Nordland house that has been modernized. Very quiet and nice location on a large property right by the water (lake) where there are salmon and trout if you are interested in fishing. The house is centrally located for trips both west and east in Lofoten. Short distance to grocery store, 5 min and approx. 20 min drive by car to Leknes and 45 min to Svolvær.

Open kitchen and living room with many large windows and sliding door overlooking the sea and mountains. Terraces almost around the whole house. 4 places with outdoor furniture to be able to follow the sun. 2 Pillow boxes and one cover, as well as a small storage of pillows in the outdoor shed.
