The place is located on Austvågøya and easily and get around by car down Lofoten or around in beautiful Vesterålen. 49 km To Svolvær and 21 km Digermulen(nearest shop ) 30 km to Lødingen /Bognes. Nice hiking area either by bike,car, boat or on foot and many mountain peaks in the nearby area. Fresh water/ sea trout . Lots of experiences.

Wonderful nature and wildlife/birdlife.Opportunity to see the midnight sun and northern lights. Activity that is recommended in the immediate area is sea eagle safari, fishing in winter, Perfect conditions for randonee or just a ski trip in the field. There are also two restaurants/pub within a mile.

In winter, there is a short drive to popular ski areas. There is a sup board and 2 kayaks for use.
