A cute woodhouse (15m2) in the beautiful garden of the Hotel Cokkinis with the panoramic seaview. Bathroom inside the room. It is completly renovated (restored with biggest size) at Jenuary of 2023 (so check the new reviews). The beach is famous for the beauty and the cleanest sea waters of Attica,it's under the house. In addition, you can walk to the sea in 5 minutes. The house is located on a dead-end street which will give you a wonderful tranquility.

This place is beautiful. It has a beautiful view of the waters. The location is close to a grocery store, gas station and restaurants. It’s very private. It has lots of Space and most of the rooms have balconies to enjoy your views and coffee in the morning. The host and hostess are very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed to have a peaceful stay. I recommend this place to large families or groups of people who are looking for a relaxing stay with beautiful views.

The place was spotless, perfect and comfortable as in the photos and description... in the pistachios... with parking... a little difficult to enter and exit but everything is fine. I would recommend the place unreservedly to everyone. Thank you for everything.

We had a wonderful stay. Communication with our host was very easy and smooth. Although we didn’t meet in person, a lovely lady was there to check us in, show us the house and check us out on departure. We received many excellent recommendations from our host and we had a great time on the island. The house itself is a gem! We were 3 adults and 3 kids. Plenty of space and privacy. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook. The garden is very large and beautifully arranged. Everything was very clean, fresh towels and linens we there for us, beach towels that we had forgotten. The house is very nicely decorated, with very good taste. It is very homey and welcoming. Aegina is a very nice island to spend a vacation. The house is centrally located so you’re never more than 30 min drive from anything. I recommend this place 200% you can’t go wrong

We had a lovely stay at this charming little villa in a picturesque setting. The villa itself was very pretty, nestled among pistachio trees, and felt safe and secure throughout our stay. The pool was a real highlight—our children absolutely loved it! The kitchen is quite basic but perfectly adequate for simple meals, and parking was easy. A peaceful and relaxing spot—would definitely recommend for a family getaway.

Samios Villa is a gorgeous place! We had a wonderful, relaxing time! Nice view, surrounding, privately, cosy and a great pool. The house is even bigger than it looks on the photos. Konstantinos is so welcoming, very helpful and a great host. Authentic greek Taverns within 5 min walking distance. 15 minutes by car to Aegina port. We highly recommend samios villa and will definitely come again. Thank you so much!

Christos and his wife Elizabeth and his family are amazing hosts. We were in his house for 35 days and were working remotely from accommodation. Internet is perfectly working and is stable and fast, and every day we had stable and fast connection. Accommodation is amazingly clean and beautiful and new equipped. 😍 I have never been in such beautiful and amazing accommodation and I travelled a lot. Christos and his family are so friendly and amazing persons, sometimes they sent to us traditional food and ice cream. ❤They are really amazing, I felt like I am in paradise because of so good people, house and of course place Aegina. Bed sheets and towels were smelled fresh and so good that we had a feeling that we are at home. Big BIG PLUS for cleaness!!! Beds are perfectly comfortable and new, yard with garden is so cute and cozy place. Every room has A/C but we didn't have to use because it was pleasent although we were there during the august and september. Toilet is clean
