Cabin, annex and boathouse located by the lake in Langsund/Bjørnskar on Ringvassøya, 40 min drive from Tromsø. About 20 mins to Hansnes. NB! There is no running water inside. Water must be collected from the stream on the plot barely 100 m from the cabin. Thus, there is no shower or toilet. The toilet is primitive and must be emptied after the visit. It's on the back of the annex. The cabin contains a living room with kitchenette and dining area as well as 2 bedrooms, one bedroom has a double bed, the other single bed. The annex has a double bed.

The sun stays below the horizon for the entire period. The midnight sun is visible from about 20 May to 22 July. Northern lights you can spot during the period from the beginning of September to the middle of April.
