excellent accommodation, clean, quiet and well located. The jacuzzi is a real plus, clean and well protected from the opposite side. very nice stay.

some insects disturbed our sleep for some time, however host responded us and provided fans next day, which helped us a lot. All others was Good.

Nora and her husband were fantastic hosts. Arranged for pick up and brought us to the accommodation and picked us up and drove us to the airport. We would have struggled with both trips. Greatly appreciated not having to worry about it.

The apartment is very convenient to everything in the Bel Air Neighborhood, including public transportation, which made it easy to get anywhere in Paris. Sylvie and Max were extremely responsive and made us feel right at home. Their place is beautifully quaint and comfortable. They had everything thoughtfully prepared for our arrival with local recommendations and directions on how to get around. We also appreciated the warmth of having flowering roses and orchids in the apartment, as much as the local pastries and the bottle of chilled champagne. The location is convenient to the Metro stations so we were able to easily visit there the Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Musèe d’Orsay, and Musèe L’Armee. We also walked to the Panthèon and Notre Dame which took no time at all. With all the beauty of Paris we experienced during our stay, my favorite part was standing on their balcony and taking it all in. The view is spectacular ! You will love being there. Experiencing an AirB&B for the first time can be very worrying; however, if all hosts were like Ludovic, there would be no doubt. The apartment is located in a real estate complex, in a very quiet area, where several shops, including a full grocery store located 3 minutes walk can meet all our food needs. Access is restricted to the occupants of the building, which makes everything absolutely safe. The apartment is as represented by the host. Everything is very clean. A small balcony invited us to relax there on our return and enjoy the last rays of sunshine. The RER is about 20 minutes' walk, however, a bus circuit that can be used is 4 minutes' walk and takes us to the RER in a very short time. A pedestrian path is located nearby, leading us near the Marne. If you decide to choose to stay outside the heart of Paris, Ludovic's apartment in St-Maurice is the perfect place. Ludovic

Great view from penthouse apartment, especially Eiffel Tower light show at night. Very safe area. Lovely park nearby, and lots of restaurants. Sophie is a great communicator. Be sure to ask how to put the washer/dryer into dry mode, I never did figure that out. Will definitely stay here again next time in Paris. Thank you, Sophie!

Alain is a very welcoming, kind and insightful host. The location is great to move around Paris and the room has the most amazing view. Alain’s apartment feels like a museum and every detail holds a story. I will definitely come back and you should definitely stay with him!

The neighborhood was the Marais district, so the surrounding environment was clean, and there were many antique buildings and shops around. I want to recommend it because the neighborhood was beautiful. It was close to the subway station, and it was on the first floor, so you might hear a little noise, but the windows block out the noise well, so you can sleep well without waking up in the middle of the night after traveling. The breakfast provided by Morgan was also very good, and it was a happy accommodation because he was so kind. You can spread it out in the corner of the 28-inch carrier, but it's uncomfortable because the passage is blocked. The bathroom is also small, so it can be difficult for adult men. It's a recommended accommodation for two women traveling, and the bathroom was small but really neat, and the hair dryer had a strong wind, and there were cotton swabs and cotton pads, and the tissues were thick, and there was a large mirror in the center, so it was nice. The bed was big and the mattress was fluffy, so it was nice. It's close to all the tourist attractions. I totally recommend this place

Margaret was a wonderful host, and I felt very safe and comfortable staying in her home. It was an easy 10 minute walk from her home to the metro, and she helped me understand the Paris metro system. As a solo traveler, I felt welcomed and protected in her home. It was a joy to stay with Margaret and I hope to go back someday.

We loved our stay at Laurence's home. The location is fantastic, a short walk to pedestrian zones with restaurants and shops, the River Seine near Notre Dame cathedral and other sites; and Metro and bus. The accommodation is clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was excellent in a lovely room overlooking the Saint Jacques tower and park. The space is a little unusual with the bedroom, toilet, and sink/shower all in different rooms off the shared hallway, but Laurence respected our privacy and we felt very comfortable with the set-up. We highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future. Laurence: thank you for being such a friendly and accommodating host - we really enjoyed chatting with you.

The apartment was well-equipped. It’s near the metro and different bus stops. I stayed with my mom who has mobility issues and thank god there are lot of bus lines nearby.

We really enjoyed our visit in this calm and clean accommodation. Delicious breakfast and great communication with our host. 100% recommend!
