Holiday rentals with lake access in Val-de-Marne

Place is close to public transit, (bus and RER). The place is outside city center, but it being accessible, not bad at all. The place is perfect for our group of 12, and enough washroom for everybody. Would difinitely book again if we are coming bavk to explore more of Paris.

The house is located away from the chaotic center of Paris and near the Bois de Vincennes. Frank was always available and responsive and his house was a really peaceful niche as in the pictures. It’s a REAL house where Frank lives normally, so you will find everything you need for your stay. Adequate for up to 4 adults (2 rooms with a double bed each). Two points to consider: 1. Open and slippery, the in-house staircase would not be completely secure for little children. 2. If you are not accustomed to squeaking parquet or partition with plasterboard, noise generated from inside could bother you. On the other hand, the house is well isolated from the noise of the outside.

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

Very comfortable & well-appointed space. The bedroom & bathroom are slightly seperated from the living room which was useful. Just across the street from the Bois de Vincennes which is a very large park with lakes, rowboats, islands, restaurants, a horse-track & much more. There is also a cute local park on the other side. A short walk to a main street with restaurants etc , and just bit further to the metro. It's not quite Paris but has good access to Paris. There are buses that go into Paris even closer than the metro. Virginie, her husband & their incredibly cute dog, Purple, are very welcoming & thoughtful, helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs. (It's not handicap accesible). All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

Great apartment for those wishing to stay close to Orly airport. The apartment is small but very practical, with all the features in a quiet and quiet area. As for the landlord I have no doubt that he is an excellent person, very friendly and helpful. We made the most of it being a professional taxi driver and at a fair price took us to the places we wanted. It was excellent. Thank you Fatah.

We had a wonderful family gathering enjoying the great facilities and beautiful location with straightforward access into central Paris when required.

The apartment was just as shown in the photos. Many restaurants enarby. Also grocery stores can be found 2mins away. Transportation is near: easy access to RER/Metro. Dany and Sophie were very friendly too. I would book it again.

Wahiba was a wonderful host…always communicative and flexible. I knew I could always ask any questions. The apartment is very convenient to everything in the Bel Air Neighborhood, including public transportation, which made it easy to get anywhere in Paris. Thank you for a wonderful stay and if I’m back in Paris, I will try to book the apartment again.

Everything was great, small confusion with the instructions on how to get the keys. Other than that all was pleasant and Caroline was great. It is an old building so some noises from the neighbours and from the street come clearly inside, but since the neighbourhood is peaceful it was not troublesome for us at least.

Guillaume was a perfect host, the answers to our questions arrived very quickly and clearly and concisely! The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and well-equipped. The neighborhood is very quiet and we slept well in comfortable bedding! We'll be back with pleasure!

We enjoyed the stay, Philippe is very responsive and was very accommodating with the arrival time. The location is very convenient, a stone's throw from the metro, at the foot of the Bois de Vincennes, with enough shops for the most part. It suited us well as a family with a small child.

We had a very enjoyable stay! Check-in was straightforward and quick. The apartment was exactly as described in the pictures – very clean, cozy and well appointed. There are numerous supermarkets in the area, which made the stay very convenient. The transport connection is also excellent: a bus stop is only about 100 meters away, and the nearest train stop can be reached in about a kilometer. We really liked it very much and we would come back anytime.

I stayed one week at Marek's studio and it was perfect. It was clean and everything worked great. I loved the neighborhood which has many cafés and restaurants and very closed to the beautiful park of Bois de Vincennes. I will definitely return in the future.
