A noter que je vis dans la maison attenante avec MYA adorable berger allemand A 10 mn du RER A (20 mn Paris) En voiture 20 min ,25 min Disney, 15 mins d’Orly.

Ce logement comporte un lit, une armoire, un coin cuisine équipée, une salle d’eau (WC, lavabo, douche de 176cm hauteur). À 5mn à pied de centre-ville avec des commerces. L’accès au studio est par le jardin. Ce logement est non fumeur. Notre règlement intérieur doit être lu & accepté avant la réservation.

Garden level with separate entrance from the garden side. Composed of a bathroom, an equipped kitchen (kettle, nespresso, fridge, microwave and hob) as well as a large room of 21m² serving as living room and bedroom. The garden and its equipment (barbecue, table, deckchairs, ...) are accessible but can be shared with us. Located 15 minutes from the RER A between Paris and Chessy, and 5 minutes from the banks of the Marne. The entire city center is accessible on foot.

In a quiet area, this single-story apartment is ideally located for a romantic weekend, or a vacation with friends or family, 1 km from the city center and the Caillebotte property with its 11-hectare park, and 1.5 km from the Sénart forest.
