Family-friendly holiday rentals in Val-de-Ruz

Perfect place for a group of people who want to go for a hike and relax afterwards. The view from the house is beautiful and the house has everything you need.

It’s amazing place to stay.

Our stay at this wonderful place was simply memorable! The apartment is modern, stylish and sparkling clean, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday – from a well-equipped kitchen to super comfy beds. The absolute highlight was the hot tub. We were particularly impressed by the hospitality of Marlis & Erich. They were incredibly friendly, quick to respond to our questions.

Quiet accommodation, right in the middle of nature in a small village. The house was very clean with stairs to access. We had a very good welcome from Lionel who is very nice.

Lovely, spacious, light-filled apartment near the bus line (but be prepared for a slightly strenuous walk uphill—a good quick workout, though!). If the weather is nice, there’s a very private patio/garden area, perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Nice view of the lake from the dining table. Great storage so you can unpack and move in for the stay. Be sure to visit the Laténium, just a few minutes downhill, along the shoreline of the lake.

This is the second time I have visited Thomas, and it is always a pleasure to find the calm of this cabin in which we feel good. Ideal for relaxing and spending time peacefully. Thomas is a very friendly, responsive host and communication is very clear.

Very well received by Gilbert, good explanation, he introduced us to his little chicks, very nice, quiet apartment, good bedding and very quiet, we were delighted, we recommend this accommodation

Excellent stay, just a few meters from the best view of Bern. We really enjoyed our stay here, and Stefan was very responsive (provided additional pillows after our first night!). So handy to have a parking spot, yet it is walkable (within a half mile, I believe) to the beginning of Old Town. The Bear Park is even closer! Comfy lodging with plenty of space, appreciated being able to give our teen kids separate sleeping area even within the same room. Great well-set kitchen for cooking lots of meals - wish we had time to try Stefan's restaurant! Great shower in the bathroom, pressure and hot water after a long day of hikes. If you give Stefan your bdays and names, he can provide Bern transit passes - this will even get you up Bern's home mountain The Gurten, where there's an alpine coaster and other fun stuff to do. We'd love to come back and take advantage of that! All in all a lovely opportunity to feel like a resident of Bern 😍

Very nicely located apartment, where you can relax with a fantastic view of the mountains. Even the journey to the apartment offers spectacular views. Despite being over 800 meters above sea level, the apartment is easy to reach. We took day trips to Bern and Lake Thun, and here, too, we were very satisfied with the location of the apartment. We would come back anytime!

Very nice stay despite the dreary weather. A good wood fire allowed you to warm up. The place is beautiful and quiet, deer and squirrels right next to the chalet. Beautiful walks around. Pierre is very considerate.

Small mountain chalet, very welcoming and very warm, really met my expectations. Very welcoming small town. Already looking forward to returning for a vacation or a short weekend with our Jurassian friends. As for the host, just the best. Responsive, explicit, very professional, and very pleasant. Thank you for allowing us to gather entirely in this beautiful home, in honor of the 90 years of the family's centerpiece! Great estate with lovely walks around. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place. Thank you for your smiles and responsiveness to all of our questions! Also a thank you to Nadine and her husband for coming during missing dishes and others! Beware of the chilly, the first few hours are cool but once the fire is started, everything is under control! It was a wonderful stay, with all the amenities we could need and very attentive to the resolution that any questions or problems we could have. We would definitely repeat!

We booked the accommodation for a family weekend, 8 adults and 9 children. It was the perfect time to enjoy the time with fun and games, we could let our children play in the large garden with a safe feeling. All the equipment was available and Martin was always available with advice and help. We especially liked the evenings in the open air, which we enjoyed in the pavilion and the children could watch a football game on the big screen. We highly recommend this location.

This place is absolutely stunning extremely tasteful stylish & loving furnished with very beautiful mountains views. Yves is a super friendly very helpful responsive person he went way beyond to make my stay so comfortable & very memorable he's one of the most thoughtful host I ever meet before. I truly loved my stay I felt very comfortable, safe without of a doubt I will book this place again in my next visit to Moutier. I highly recommend this Wonderful Unique Place. Thank you Yves.

We had a fabulous stay and loved the beautiful village and surrounding mountains. We had an excellent time hiking, sledding and building snowmen. The home was wonderfully cosy and quiet.

Large apartment on the top floor of the house, completely in line with the listing, pleasant and close to the center. We were very well received, thank you again!
