Holiday rentals with a patio in Val-d'Oise

We have stayed in many Airbnb’s in France and across the US, and this is by far, our favorite! Capucine has designed the apartment beautifully! It was equipped with natural linens, good soaps, extremely comfortable beds, and even perfume, tampons, and bath toys for little kids. It’s clear that she has gone above and beyond when it comes to thinking about everything a guest would need. Her hospitality is beyond exceptional. It’s a beautifully decorated, spacious apartment in the center of a peaceful, elegant town just a 25 minute train ride from Paris. Capucine is very kind and allowed us to arrange an early check in and late check out. That allowed us to explore the town and chateau and then take a cab to the airport. Her home is beautiful and I would recommend 100%. We hope to be back someday!

Amei every detail of the apartment. Super comfy bed, wonderful pillows. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bathrooms working everything and neatly organized. The totally safe place, we arrived at night super late and the region totally safe. Towels are fluffy and smelling, with soft and smelling bedding. Cleaning is ten. I will definitely return with my family. The host completely understood us everything. Thank you!

I am grateful to have found Fadel‘s listing. It was very important the rental had three bedrooms and at least two toilets which proved to be a very difficult thing to find until Fadel’s place. He was consistently available via messaging which wasn’t even necessary beyond checking in and checking out because everything was as expected. I would definitely recommend renting this unit. The tram station was close, which made it easy to get to Paris every day in about 45 minutes. I would definitely rent again. Thank you so much for being a wonderful host, Fadel!!!

The accommodation is very well arranged and is really nice. The layout is ideal and you feel really good there. Ideally located, close to the train station and with parking possibilities, it's a perfect place to rest. The place is quiet, a nice bakery right next door (for foodies). Denis is a really nice owner. He is accommodating and makes us feel at home in his accommodation.

Staying at Clarisse's apartment was absolutely outstanding! The host was extremely hospitable, courteous, and helpful – always available, quick to answer any questions, and ready to provide valuable tips. The apartment itself is a real gem – spacious, tastefully decorated, offering comfort that makes you feel at home. An additional advantage is a quiet neighborhood, conducive to relaxation, and at the same time great communication with both tourist attractions and the airport. The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the metro stop, which makes getting around extremely convenient. The Franprix store in the neighboring building also deserves a distinction – well-stocked and served by kind people, which makes everyday shopping a pleasure. We'll no doubt be back on our next trip. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay and exceptional hospitality! Thank you Clarisse !!!

An absolutely wonderful stay at Melanies. Loads of clear communication before arriving making a late night check in very easy. The apartment itself is beautiful and located in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood with a train station close by making getting into the center cheap and convenient. Also, the sofa bed is the most comfortable I've ever slept on. This is a 5 star find through and through. I couldn't recommend it enough.

Perfect location for what we wanted, short drive to Chantilly and five minutes from train station which is 5 stops from Gare du Nord for a day trip into Paris. The accommodation is as described and perfect for our family of 5.

We had a pleasant stay at Yann's, who is a welcoming, friendly and outgoing host. The accommodation had everything we needed and was very quiet. We enjoyed the spa, the nearby walks and Giverny, which is nearby. We recommend.

Comfortable, well-kept home in walking distance to the expo center where we were attending events. The local recommendations were excellent, and overall we were very happy with our stay. Valeria met us when we arrived so that she could give us the keys and welcome us. She was flexible with our schedule.

Ideal for attending an event at the Stade de France and returning very quickly on foot, with a parking space under the building.

We had a one night stay, and Pedro was proactive with information. Our arrival to Pedro’s place was approx 10 min with taxi $13,80 Euros (we arrived 7pm) so may increase w traffic. The check in was friendly & easy.The lobby housed a fun statue of a dog & pup, pool table, vending machine of products to buy, jewelry souvenirs, restaurant, and cozy chairs. Pedro’s place was as advertised from photos it is spacious with kitchen, living room, bed and bathroom. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom has both shower & large tub. We easily walked to town 5mins through gorgeous park & quaint town. We enjoyed a wonderful meal at Aux Trois Gourmands (The Three Gourmets) great service,atmosphere, food & refreshing beer. We will use Pedro’s place again next time to Paris. Noticed a good pizza place too. We found Pedro’s place fantastic for airport access, with a free shuttle one way to 2B/D and easy to get to terminal 1 via the CDG shuttle train system. Amazing value compared to others. We stayed for 3 nights with my wife and daughter and everything was perfect. Before entering the hotel, Eric informed about everything and made all his efforts to welcome his guests in the best way. My friends who saw the photos of the house wanted a link for their trip to Paris. Thanks for everything, Eric.

Christine's place is lovely, clean, cozy, quiet, and convenient. Christine is a gracious, kind, accommodating host and communication was excellent. Personally, I would have preferred a firmer mattress and fan, but neither deterred me from extending my stay:).

Chantal welcomed us very well and her apartment is neat with small decoration details that make us happy, apartment to recommend.
