Holiday rentals with a patio in Val-d'Oise

We have stayed in many Airbnb’s in France and across the US, and this is by far, our favorite! Capucine has designed the apartment beautifully! It was equipped with natural linens, good soaps, extremely comfortable beds, and even perfume, tampons, and bath toys for little kids. It’s clear that she has gone above and beyond when it comes to thinking about everything a guest would need. Her hospitality is beyond exceptional. It’s a beautifully decorated, spacious apartment in the center of a peaceful, elegant town just a 25 minute train ride from Paris. Capucine is very kind and allowed us to arrange an early check in and late check out. That allowed us to explore the town and chateau and then take a cab to the airport. Her home is beautiful and I would recommend 100%. We hope to be back someday!

Amei cada detalhe do apto. A cama super confortável, os travesseiros maravilhosos. A cozinha tinha tudo que precisávamos, os banheiros funcionando tudo e bem organizado. O lugar totalmente seguro, chegávamos a noite super tarde e a região totalmente seguro. As toalhas são fofinha e cheirosas, a roupas de cama suaves e cheirosas. A limpeza é dez. Com certeza voltarei com minha família. A anfitriã nos entendeu completamente em tudo. Obrigada!

I am grateful to have found Fadel‘s listing. It was very important the rental had three bedrooms and at least two toilets which proved to be a very difficult thing to find until Fadel’s place. He was consistently available via messaging which wasn’t even necessary beyond checking in and checking out because everything was as expected. I would definitely recommend renting this unit. The tram station was close, which made it easy to get to Paris every day in about 45 minutes. I would definitely rent again. Thank you so much for being a wonderful host, Fadel!!!

Le logement est très bien agencé et est vraiment agréable. L’aménagement est idéal et on s’y sent vraiment bien. Idéalement placé, proche de la gare et avec des possibilités pour se garer, ça fait un lieu parfait pour se reposer. L’endroit est calme, une belle boulangerie juste à côté (pour les gourmands). Denis est un propriétaire vraiment très agréable. Il est arrangeant et nous fait sentir comme chez nous dans son logement.

Gospodyni okazała się niezwykle gościnna, uprzejma i pomocna – zawsze dostępna, szybko odpowiadająca na wszelkie pytania i gotowa udzielić cennych wskazówek. Samo mieszkanie to prawdziwa perełka – przestronne, gustownie urządzone, oferujące komfort, dzięki któremu można poczuć się jak w domu. Dodatkowym atutem jest spokojna okolica, sprzyjająca relaksowi, a jednocześnie świetna komunikacja zarówno z atrakcjami turystycznymi, jak i z lotniskiem. Zaledwie 5 minut spaceru dzieli apartament od przystanku metra, co czyni przemieszczanie się niezwykle wygodnym. Na wyróżnienie zasługuje także sklep Franprix w sąsiednim budynku – świetnie zaopatrzony i obsługiwany przez przemiłych ludzi, co sprawia, że codzienne zakupy stają się przyjemnością. Bez wątpienia wrócimy tu przy kolejnej podróży. Serdecznie polecamy to miejsce wszystkim szukającym komfortowego pobytu i wyjątkowej gościnności! Dziękujemy Clarisse !!!

An absolutely wonderful stay at Melanies. Loads of clear communication before arriving making a late night check in very easy. The apartment itself is beautiful and located in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood with a train station close by making getting into the center cheap and convenient. Also, the sofa bed is the most comfortable I've ever slept on. This is a 5 star find through and through. I couldn't recommend it enough.

Notre séjour chez Frédéric à été excellent. Très Bien accueilli, appartement très agréable a vivre avec tout le confort nécessaire voire plus que ce que nous pourrions attendre.

Très bon hôte, nous avons été très bien accueilli. Le logement correspond tout à fait aux photos et à la description. Je relouerais et j’y reviendrai sans hésiter.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, nous sommes venus pour découvrir Paris en famille. Nous avons utilisé les Uber taxi pour les déplacements très pratiques et pas excessif niveau tarif Le logement correspond à l'annonce et le système sans clé est aussi très pratique

Une très jolie maison avec tout l'équipement nécessaire pour un séjour en famille. Des magasins à proximité, une boulangerie, un boucher, une pharmacie et une cave à vin très sympa. nous avons visité le château de Chantilly et le parc Astérix.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Bergine. La petite terrasse privative avec table et chaises était agréable avec le soleil. La proximité avec la gare est pratique. Les propriétaires accueillants, serviables et très gentils

Perfect location for what we wanted, short drive to Chantilly and five minutes from train station which is 5 stops from Gare du Nord for a day trip into Paris. The accommodation is as described and perfect for our family of 5.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Yann qui est un hôte accueillant, sympathique et avenant. Le logement avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin et très calme. Nous avons bien profité du spa, des balades avoisinantes et de Giverny qui est à proximité. Nous recommandons.

Comfortable, well-kept home in walking distance to the expo center where we were attending events. The local recommendations were excellent, and overall we were very happy with our stay. Valeria met us when we arrived so that she could give us the keys and welcome us. She was flexible with our schedule.

El departamento coincidía con las fotos, la vista desde todas las habitaciones es increíble. Lastima que hacía frío y no pudimos usar la terraza pero tenía buena pinta. Las camas súper cómodas, después de un día turisteando por paris se agradece mucho. La ubicación es muy buena, es una zona tranquila con departamentos amplios, la estación más cercana está a escasos 8 minutos caminando y te conecta con el centro. Las instrucciones fueron muy claras. Volvería sin duda!

Idéal pour assister à événement au Stade de France et rentrer après très vite à pied, avec place de stationnement sous l'immeuble.

We had a one night stay, and Pedro was proactive with information. Our arrival to Pedro’s place was approx 10 min with taxi $13,80 Euros (we arrived 7pm) so may increase w traffic. The check in was friendly & easy.The lobby housed a fun statue of a dog & pup, pool table, vending machine of products to buy, jewelry souvenirs, restaurant, and cozy chairs. Pedro’s place was as advertised from photos it is spacious with kitchen, living room, bed and bathroom. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom has both shower & large tub. We easily walked to town 5mins through gorgeous park & quaint town. We enjoyed a wonderful meal at Aux Trois Gourmands (The Three Gourmets) great service,atmosphere, food & refreshing beer. We will use Pedro’s place again next time to Paris. Noticed a good pizza place too. We found Pedro’s place fantastic for airport access, with a free shuttle one way to 2B/D and easy to get to terminal 1 via the CDG shuttle train system. Amazing value compared to others. Christine's place is lovely, clean, cozy, quiet, and convenient. Christine is a gracious, kind, accommodating host and communication was excellent. Personally, I would have preferred a firmer mattress and fan, but neither deterred me from extending my stay:).
