Gadestatt is a traditional Maiensäss. A Maiensäss is a cultural peculiarity of Swiss history. These simple but beautiful wooden buildings used to be inhabited on the Alps during the summer. Chalet Geimen: nostalgic and modern style!

Only 8-10 minutes by car from Brig-Naters, via Blattenstrasse, you reach the Wiler "Geimen". The 2 room flat has been lovingly renovated in a nostalgic and modern style. Within 5 minutes you are at the ski valley resort of Belalp, which can be reached by car or bus. The house is heated with wood with the soapstone stove from 1882. In the bedroom there is another wood-burning stove with a view of the burning flames.
