We had a wonderful stay! The location is at a walkable distance from the tram and train stations. The apartment was clean and well furnished. Philippe was also prompt in his responses and extremely accommodative. He is happy to provide early check in and late check out options provided there are no other guests planned for those times. He's also extremely thoughtful - upon hearing that we have a 3 year old kid, he provided stuffed toys, sketches and colour pencils to make her stay enjoyable as well!

Sébastien is a very welcoming, sociable and accommodating host. Her place was as described, we enjoyed this short stay. Comfortable bedding, clean apartment, ideal location 20 minutes from Isola 2000. We'll be happy to go back!

The location was perfect for our needs; near the railway station. The apartment was quiet even though it is on a busy, lively street. We appreciated handy access to the building’s elevator and use of an efficient washing machine in the apartment. There were easy to follow instructions for all the appliances and Chris was very responsive with queries. Don’t hesitate to make your booking before this place is snapped up! This is a tiny gem of a place in a jewel of a village, high above and a world away from the hustle and bustle of the coast. A magical experience!

We had a wonderful week The apartment is great Communication with Maryline was perfect. The accommodation is very clean, the bedding was perfect for us. The terrace is really a plus for breakfast and dinner in the evening. The region is superb for hikers like us. Possibility of finding basins for swimming 30 minutes in the Gorges de l'Esteron we highly recommend Maryline. Thanks Christian Sophie and Zoé 🐕

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

Our stay went very well. The environment is superb and the neighborhood is quiet. The term "cozy nest" is quite appropriate to define the apartment, small for sure, but which suited us very well. Well equipped too. Thank you again Françoise for your hospitality, kindness and availability.

Beautiful cottage off the coast of Nice in the heart of Eze. Perfect space for four guest. We were able to walk to Eze village as well as many restaurants, grocer and bakeries in under 10 mins. On a rainy night we found comfort in this cozy cottage making our own dinner from food we got at the grocery in town.

Very cozy and nice apartment with a beautiful view. Our host was very friendly and welcoming. The place was a bit small for three people but offered everything we needed for one night stay. We would recommend this place!

There were three of us in the house in early May 2025 with Celine and Julien. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thanks for both of you. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting long hikes. The pool offers a very nice and gladly used opportunity for refreshment afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. This lovely home was an absolute oasis for our family! The view is stunning, everything was spotless, the beds were so comfortable and the bathroom was like a spa. We booked absolute last minute and Corinne could not have been more accommodating. She went above and beyond, showing us where to park and walking us through not only the home but the entire complex, from the pool to the beach access. If you have a chance to stay here, you must! Double sliding doors open up to a large balcony with so much seating and a fabulous beach view. Home was super quiet and private. We would not have changed a thing. Corinne suggested we visit the village Saint Paul de Vence which was spectacular. She is the kindest and most helpful host we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting, we can’t speak highly enough about her! Our entire experience here was a joy! Thank you, Corinne!

I spent 3 nights with my daughter in this accommodation and I have nothing but positive things to say! The apartment is impeccable in terms of cleanliness and functionality. It is also very well located: I did not touch the car during the stay, everything is within walking distance. It's also very quiet. Having a private place and the elevator is a real plus. Julien was very responsive to every question I asked. When I arrived, I was greeted by a person named Katia, who was lovely and explained everything to me. I had already come to Valberg and this accommodation was the best I rented so far, a real favorite. In short, I have absolutely nothing negative to say, everything is in accordance with the listing and the photos. We had a great time throughout the stay! I'll remember the address for next time!!! Great place in the middle of Nice in a perfect location. You can reach the sea and the Promenade des Anglais in 2 minutes. 10 minutes to the old town, many restaurants and bars are very close. The place is tastefully decorated. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed breakfast on the small terrace every morning! Mylene is a very friendly and always helpful host.

We had the most amazing stay at Alains place. The location was amazing and the view was so beautiful! They were very helpful with storing our luggage upon arrival and were ready to help with any questions! Right across from the main promenade! Grocery store was a 2 minute walk away, lots of stores near by. It was great to enjoy the beautiful terrace with a glass of wine after a long travel day before heading out for dinner! Would love to stay here again!

I stayed here with my girlfriend for 2 weeks and it was great! The place was very clean. Upon arrival, we were personally welcomed and shown the accommodation, as well as a tip for shopping at Intermarché, which is just across the street. At night it is a bit noisy on the main road, but this is to be expected in the spring of the French Riviera. A train station is not far away and within 20-30 minutes you can drive to both Cannes and Monaco. Villeneuve-Loubet is in a great location! We will definitely be back!
