Overall good stay, good communication, Laurence is at your disposal and responsive, the only problem with the stairs to go up to the second floor a little steep for people of a certain age, a second ramp will be welcome. To visit the fort of Saint AGNES, I recommend the restaurant Le Saint YVES welcome and catering.

Apartment perfectly in line with the instructions. All necessary services are present. Quiet and well arranged. The instructions and ease of communication with Alain are also very appreciated.

Susanna was so helpful and nice! The Airbnb is right next to the train station and only a short walk to the promenade. You can hear the trains a little bit, but they are not going all night so it’s ok. I really enjoyed my stay!

Highly recommended!!!! We stayed two nights, to see our daughter's races! We didn't know Cuneo, which we discovered to be a real gem!!! Apartment in a beautiful central location! Lots of great bars and restaurants within walking distance, including the owner's "QB bistro" right under the apartment! Clean and cozy apartment with everything you need! The internal terrace is excellent for breakfast or an aperitif! Thanks Andrea, we will definitely be back.

Great stay with one-of-a-kind hospitality! We stayed in the apartment for 12 nights and it really exceeded our expectations. Carlotta was just fantastic: from the first moment she gave us a warm welcome, gave us detailed check-in instructions and recommendations for restaurants, attractions and transportation in Monaco. Whenever we needed something he was immediately responsive, with a smile and solutions. The apartment itself is bright, elegantly decorated, and fully equipped – the photos do it justice! We enjoyed every morning our coffee on the balcony, overlooking the sea and the iconic towers of the city. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, plus the extra touches (premium toiletries, coffee appliance, scented sticks, etc.) made us feel right at home. We stayed, with our group of friends, for a weekend in Olessia's house and we had a great time... the house located above the coast of Menton enjoys a breathtaking view... the rooms are well maintained and all air-conditioned... we took full advantage of the swimming pool overlooking the sea. We enjoyed our stay with Audrey and Rocher. The apartment was very comfortable and well furnished. Audrey has prepared everything very thoughtfully and tastefully. It was a wonderfully relaxing villa, with many spaces in the garden and pool to sit and enjoy the scenery. Very clean and tidy with traditional, charming rustic decor. Everything needed for a great holiday was provided, from fully functioning kitchen and outside grill area, to sunbeds and parasols by the pool and bedding and towels in all the bathrooms. Aurélie is a great host, very welcoming, responsive and flexible. The accommodation offered is a superb contemporary house, offering magnificent views throughout the bay of Nice. The house offers a comfortable layout to stay in. A pretty wooded lot, swimming pool and several terraces allow everyone to find their haven of tranquility.

A very nice apartment- wonderful balcony with sea view, great location close to the sea and the port. We enjoyed a lot our stay and would be glad to come back again :-)

The apartment and the large terrace are beautiful. We will remember the breakfasts on the terrace with this exceptional view overlooking the sea and the old town of Menton, the cry of the seagulls and the little sea breeze. You can leave the car safely in the villa's enclosed parking lot and discover the old town every day by improvising a walking route through a maze of alleys and stairs with crazy charm. In the evening, after a good restaurant in town (thanks to Michaelle's advice), we explore another route and, as we approach the villa, we are greeted by a real concert of frogs and toads in a valley below, then the calm of the villa with the lights in the distance on the Riviera. Staying in this villa in Menton is simply beautiful and the only regret is having to leave on the last day!

We had a fantastic stay. Everything was great and Ugo was very helpful and friendly.

We really enjoyed our 4 nights here. As others have said, it is well located, so walking distance to most things or a short bus ride, plus 7 min walk to and from the train. It is possible to get to the apartment with luggage from the train station without using stairs but it took us a few days to work out which streets and elevators (lifts) to use to do this. The best thing about this apartment is the terrace. It is large with sun and shade so we had all our meals out there. It was also handy for drying our laundry, although the washing machine has a dryer function too. We had sunny warm days in late May and loved Mala Beach and Roquebrune-Cap-Martin beach for swimming. The beds were comfortable and it is in a quiet neighbourhood. We liked the Le Marche supermarket best (better than the Carrefour) with both being around the same distance walk. Thanks for a lovely stay Sarah and all your helpful communication and advice. We would stay here again!
