Small unpretentious studio to enjoy the winter season in one of the only ski resorts where snow is guaranteed. All amenities within walking distance (direct access to ski slopes and shopping mall), dishwasher and washing machine on site. Bedroom with double bed, living area with 2 extra beds, free Wi-Fi PLEASE NOTE: basic linens not provided (exchange by text if needed). Accessory products not provided (toilet paper, shower products, small grocery store)

Studio at the foot of the Colmiane ski slopes

Studio with a view of the slopes, fully equipped and located at the La Colmiane ski resort. It sleeps 4 with a bunk bed and a sofa bed. Linens and bath towels are provided at no extra charge. The toilet and the bathroom are separate. There are several storage spaces available at the entrance and in the living space. We have fully equipped the studio so that you do not miss anything. Free parking at the bottom of the building with disabled space.

The nest

Formerly called Arbec, our small stone shepherd's cabin was used as a kitchen and dining room. It was where milk was turned into cheese and bush, where the family gathered for the evening vigil with the neighbours , and where social life was forged. Tools,seeds, crops , were also stored in the tree. The stones of this small building are full of history and the thickness of its walls offers a feeling of protection, peace, conducive to rest.

Description: 3-star chalet 70 m2 chalet rental, completely new and equipped, consisting of a main room on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs. A 50 m2 solarium terrace with stunning views of the Vésubie Valley and the Mercantour Park. Location: Ideally located, 3 minutes from the spa resort of Berthemont-les-Bains, and 20 minutes from the various departures to the Mercantour Park: Gordolasque, Boréon and Madone des Fenestres valleys.

Chalet de la Mauna (Optional spa)

If the chalet is fully booked on your desired dates, you will also find the Chalet des Loups. Nestled by the river, this chalet sleeps up to 4 people, providing a peaceful and enchanting setting for a refreshing and relaxing experience. Additionally, as an option, a private spa in a cave 50 meters from the chalet is available, open from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.: €130 for 2 people for 1.5 hours of access.

A Spa area with jacuzzi and finnish sauna nested in nature with a plunging view on the valley and no neighbours, may be rented in addition to the chalet for 25 euros per night.
