Holiday rentals with a patio in Valdeblore

Dans l’ensemble bon séjour, bonne communication, Laurence est à votre écoute et réactive, le seul hic les escaliers pour monter au deuxième étage un peu raide pour les personnes d’un certain âge, une deuxième rampe sera la bienvenue. A visiter le fort de Saint AGNES, je recommande le restaurant le Saint YVES accueil et restauration.

Appartement parfaitement conforme aux instructions. Tous les services nécessaires sont présents. Calme et bien agencé. Les instructions et la facilité de communication avec Alain sont également très appréciés.

Susanna was so helpful and nice! The Airbnb is right next to the train station and only a short walk to the promenade. You can hear the trains a little bit, but they are not going all night so it’s ok. I really enjoyed my stay!

Non conoscevamo Cuneo, che abbiamo scoperto essere una vera chicca!!!appartamento in splendida posizione centralissima! Tantissimi locali e ristoranti ottimi a due passi compreso quello del proprietario “QB bistrot” proprio sotto l’appartamento! Appartamento pulito e accogliente con tutto il necessario! Εξαιρετική διαμονή με μοναδική φιλοξενία! Μείναμε στο διαμέρισμα για 12 βράδια και πραγματικά ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας. Η Carlotta ήταν απλά φανταστική: από την πρώτη στιγμή μάς καλωσόρισε θερμά, μας έδωσε λεπτομερείς οδηγίες για το check-in και προτάσεις για εστιατόρια, αξιοθέατα και μετακινήσεις στο Μονακό. Κάθε φορά που χρειαζόμασταν κάτι ανταποκρινόταν αμέσως, με χαμόγελο και λύσεις. Το ίδιο το διαμέρισμα είναι φωτεινό, κομψά διακοσμημένο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο – οι φωτογραφίες το αδικούν! Απολαύσαμε κάθε πρωί τον καφέ μας στο μπαλκόνι, με θέα τη θάλασσα και τους εμβληματικούς πύργους της πόλης. Το κρεβάτι ήταν πολύ άνετο, η κουζίνα είχε ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν για να μαγειρέψουμε, ενώ οι έξτρα πινελιές (premium προϊόντα περιποίησης, συσκευή καφέ, αρωματικά sticks κ.λπ.) μας έκαναν να νιώθουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Abbiamo soggiornato, con il nostro gruppo di amici, per un week end nella casa di Olessia e ci siamo trovati molto bene..la casa situata sopra la costa di Mentone gode di una visuale mozzafiato..le stanze sono ben curate e tutte climatizzate..abbiamo sfruttato tantissimo la piscina che si affaccia sul mare. L 'host é stata molto accogliente e ci ha accolto di persona. Consigliamo a tutti di provare questo appartamento

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte nel B&B di Josiane per goderci i sentieri della Valgrana. Josiane é stata gentile e disponibile, ci ha accolti dandoci utili consigli sui dintorni dell’appartamento. La casa è pulita, ben arredata (dispone di tutto l’occorrente anche per godersi una permanenza più lunga) e spaziosa, il che si è rivelato utile poiché c’era con noi anche il nostro cane bovaro. In breve, assolutamente consigliata!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Audrey und Rocher sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sehr komfortabel und bestens eingerichtet. Audrey hat alles sehr aufmerksam und geschmackvoll hergerichtet. Besonders erwähnenswert ist der wunderschöne Garten mit einem sehr sauberen Pool und vielen verschiedenen Sitz- und Liegeplätzen. Es war ein wunderbarer und ruhiger Platz zum Genießen und Erholen. Audrey und Rocher waren sehr bemüht und diskret. Wir können Perle Riviera nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen! Herzlichen Dank an Audrey und Rocher!

Es war alles wunderbarbar. Die Kommunikation mit Ewoud war einwandfrei. Vorort hatten wir mit Céline zu tun, der Nachbarin. Céline war sehr zuvorkommend. Besser geht es nicht. Das Haus ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Die Unterkunft entspricht den Beschreibungen. Das WLAN ist super, auch am Pool ist die Verbindung noch perfekt. Der Herd in der Küche funktioniert leider nicht optimal; eine Kochplatte müsste ersetzt werden; deshalb kann man nicht richtig kochen. Leider ist in der Gegen sehr wenig los. Es gibt weder gute Restaurants, noch Supermärkte in der Nähe. Alles was man braucht bekommt man erst, wenn man mindestens 25 Minuten fährt. Aber Nizza, Cannes, Antibes etc. sind sehr nahe...

Excellent séjour chez Mickael ! Havre de paix après la foule de Nice, et toutes les belles balades des environs...D’excellents conseils pour les restaurants aussi... A noter, le jardin entièrement clôt et sécurisé, parfait pour notre chien. Nous n’hesiterons pas à revenir !

Aurélie est une super hôte, très accueillante, réactive et flexible. Le logement proposé est une superbe maison contemporaine, offrant une vue magnifique sur toute la baie de Nice. La maison offre un agencement agréable à vivre. Un joli terrain arboré, une piscine et plusieurs terrasses permettent à chacun de trouver son havre de tranquillité.

Staying at Celine's Airbnb was an absolute delight from start to finish! From the moment we booked, Celine's communication was warm, prompt, and incredibly helpful, making us feel welcome before we even arrived. The location was also perfect for our needs, offering. Our stay with Margarete went as well as we had hoped, offering a prime location for exploring Monaco or getting on a train to explore the French Riviera! Margarete was super responsive, and the apartment had plenty of amenities upon arrival to keep my spouse and I going during the visit. Big thanks to Margarete and would recommend the locale for anyone looking to explore around!

Fantastischer Ausblick von der Terrasse! Auch vom Schlafzimmer kann man das Meer sehen. Wir haben 7 Tage hier als Familie mit 2 Teenagern verbracht, die Einrichtung ist toll, es war reichlich Platz.. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefüllt!

Wir hatten die perfekte Unterkunft für unseren Aufenthalt in Monaco. Alles war einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen, was vor allem für unseren Sohn toll war, so konnte er auch mal allein los und Autos anschauen. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum, es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Wir würden sie sofort wieder buchen. Wirklich besonders geschmackvoll! Gisele ist ein super Host. Sie hat uns umfangreich und hilfsbereit jederzeit zur Seite gestanden. Und das war auch viel wert, denn es ist mit dem Auto schon eine kleine Herausforderung in Monaco. Aber alles hat super geklappt.

Der Blick vom Balkon ist ein Traum! Die Wohnung scheint sehr neu in die Vermietung gegangen zu sein, von daher fehlen insbesondere in der Küche noch ein paar praktische Kleinigkeiten. Die Küche ist nagelneu und schick! Aber Lage und Blick entschädigen für alles!

L'appartement et la grande terrasse sont magnifiques. On se souviendra des petits déjeuners sur la terrasse avec cette vue surplombante exceptionnelle sur la mer et la vieille ville de Menton, le cri des mouettes et la petite brise marine. On peut laisser la voiture en sécurité sur le parking fermé de la villa et retrouver chaque jour la vieille ville en improvisant un itinéraire à pieds à travers un dédale de ruelles et d'escaliers au charme fou. Le soir, après un bon restaurant en ville (merci au conseils de Michaelle), on explore un autre itinéraire et, à l'approche de la villa, on est accueilli par un véritable concert de grenouilles et crapauds dans un vallon situé en contrebas, puis le calme de la villa avec les lumières au loin sur la riviera. Séjourner dans cette villa de Menton est tout simplement magnifique et le seul regret est de devoir en partir le dernier jour !

We really enjoyed our 4 nights here. As others have said, it is well located, so walking distance to most things or a short bus ride, plus 7 min walk to and from the train. It is possible to get to the apartment with luggage from the train station without using stairs but it took us a few days to work out which streets and elevators (lifts) to use to do this. The best thing about this apartment is the terrace. It is large with sun and shade so we had all our meals out there. It was also handy for drying our laundry, although the washing machine has a dryer function too. We had sunny warm days in late May and loved Mala Beach and Roquebrune-Cap-Martin beach for swimming. The beds were comfortable and it is in a quiet neighbourhood. We liked the Le Marche supermarket best (better than the Carrefour) with both being around the same distance walk.
