The place combines its history with all the modern amenities, creating a cozy and special atmosphere. But the best part was undoubtedly the hosts: attentive, friendly and always willing to help. We enjoyed our stay very much. Javier was so very friendly and helpful. He helped us navigate our way to Seceda which was in fact quite easy. The apartment is very comfortable, fitted with an excellent shower and the bed was so comfortable. Javier has lovingly restored his apartment, it’s is a real credit to his craftsmanship. We had a delicious supper brought to us, all using local produce. It’s a great place for hiking. We highly recommend a visit.

This was the second time that we stayed in this house and the stay was, once again, great. The house is beautiful, super comfortable in every aspect and is very well equipped. The surroundings are very nice and thanks to the good weather we were able to enjoy the outside as well. Augusto put all the facilities for both check-in and check-out. Highly recommended!

José Antonio is an absolutely friendly and helpful person. There was coffee and lots of spices, oil, etc. He explained hiking trails to us, was always available, parking in front of the house. You could eat outside and it was just awesome! Thank you so much for having us. We love Spain and now: much more!!!!

Highly recommended to spend a few days in the Ribeira Sacra area and enjoy a comfortable and cozy space, with all the amenities to make your stay ideal. Stunning views of the Sil Canyon. Very well located to drive around this spectacular area. Rita explained every part of the house in detail and also recommended different places to visit or eat. We'll be back!

Great apartment located in Parada de Sil. This was the perfect base for us to explore this part of Spain. Apartment is just as per the photos. It is very clean and comfortable and it has a great wrap-around balcony with views over the garden. It is a 2 minute walk to the centre of Parada de Sil where there is a great choice of restaurants.

Great communication and a great location

The "apartment" is very spacious and comfortable. Very clean. Very quiet place. Car needed (about 10 minutes from Monforte), we don't think it's a disadvantage. The owners live downstairs, so if there's a problem, they're close by. The stay went well. To mention a minor drawback, I would say that a few more kitchen knives are needed, and the water flow when both showers are used at the same time is a bit limited, but these are not aspects that detract from the overall experience.

The stay was fantastic. The house is located in an urbanization in the outskirts of Ponferrada with stunning mountain views. The house has everything you need to eat there. It is super close to the Emilio Moro winery and the town of Campo, which has good restaurants and wineries. Maria was super kind and answered all the questions we had.
