The El Sueño del Búho 4 apartment is a 2-star penthouse-style tourist accommodation located on the second and top floor of an apartment building. With a capacity for up to 8 people, it is an ideal choice for families or groups who want to enjoy a comfortable stay in Beceite. Its decoration, inspired by nature and based on soft, neutral tones, creates a cozy and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for resting after a day of outdoor activities. Access to the house is through a shared community area equipped with a video surveillance system. The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessed via spacious and comfortable stairs. The building does not have an elevator. The house has four separate BDs, designed for comfort and a restful sleep. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with a double bed measuring 150 x 190 cm and an open closet. The other two have two 90 x 190 cm single beds and also have an open closet for storing luggage and clothes. All BDs include full bedding (sheets, duvet and blanket) and two types of pillows of different firmness, so that each guest can choose the option that is most comfortable for them. The house has a large open-concept area that integrates the living room, dining room and kitchen, creating a bright, comfortable and functional space for sharing moments as a group and enjoying a pleasant stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for everyday use: refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven with microwave function, induction stovetop, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, juicer, blender, and full kitchenware for cooking and serving. In addition, we provide a complimentary cleaning kit to make your stay easier from the moment you arrive. In the living room area, you'll find two comfortable sofas, a Smart TV, and a cozy enclosed fireplace, perfect for enjoying a warm and comfortable atmosphere during the cooler months. The TV allows access to streaming platforms through guests' personal accounts. The dining room has a large table that seats eight, ideal for sharing meals and group gatherings. From this area, there's direct access to the outdoor terrace. The apartment is completed with two bathrooms that have a large shower tray and include a hairdryer, towels and a gel/shampoo dispenser. Enjoy a cozy terrace with magnificent views of Beceite, equipped with a table and low chairs, perfect for having breakfast outdoors, relaxing or enjoying a dinner on summer evenings. It also has a charcoal barbecue so you can prepare meals outdoors. To ensure maximum comfort year-round, the house has biomass heating that can be controlled by a thermostat, with radiators in all the rooms. In addition, it offers free Wi-Fi throughout the accommodation and air conditioning in the living room, dining room and kitchen areas. During the summer months, two of the BDs also have fans for added comfort.
