Valeria is a great guest and the house is in perfect condition, well equipped and tidy. The cleanliness is excellent. Perfect for a winter or summer stay, given its proximity to both ski resorts and mountain trails. Recommended!

Beautiful experience, perfect accommodation with fantastic views. The only point I would like to make is that, as a residence, more organization is needed both in the booking and in the stay than in a classic Airbnb. Clearly, greater security is a positive aspect of what has just been said. In any case, I am convinced that the accommodation is fantastic for the price at which it is offered.

Excellent! The location, the apartment and its facilities, the communication with the host Candido, were all superlative. We will definitely stay here again if we pass through Valtellina.

We can only report good things about our wonderful stay in Jana and Stefan's apartment: everything looked like the photos, tip-top clean, well-equipped in all areas, very thoughtful details, loving decoration, underground parking space. A folder for all eventualities with very detailed descriptions is available. Tips for excursions and restaurants (unfortunately there is none in Schmitten itself), but there is a supermarket. And the view from the balcony is simply magnificent. You also have to accept the quarter-hourly chimes of the village church. Jana and Stefan are super nice hosts. Everything was great - we'd love to come back!

This place was everything and more! A really nice house, well furnished and comfortable, equipped with everything you need, very close to Bormio and perfect for a vacation to spend in the snow. Fabrizia was always available and ready to give us any directions or advice. We will definitely be back!

We felt right at home, Semogo is a very quiet village with a great view! The place is very spacious, clean and well stocked with necessary things. I highly recommend both the place and the area. Check-in was very fast and unanticipated, many should follow your check-in/out method, much better in person.

We enjoyed our stay in Lüsai very much! The apartment is very cozy, the kitchen is well equipped, only the bathroom for tall people may be a little low – but for us no problem. A big plus: you can see the stars from the bed through the large skylight. In addition, the apartment is very quiet. The view and surroundings are amazing and the post bus stops 1 min away on foot. The nearest supermarket (large organic selection!) is 5 minutes away by car.

Clean place and little to say except to try. Maybe a little too hidden to find, but a small detail that doesn't change my opinion on the final evaluation.

Great Location, 5 minutes walking distance to the ski ram to Corviglia. There are a few steps to climb on the way back so we used the ski service next to the ram for 3CHF/day. The location is close to the best neighborhood of St Moritz with great shopping , food and bars. The flat is nice, kitchen has all the important amenities, comfortable bed and what a view to the city/mountains. We enjoyed and highly recommend.

The location of the appartement was ideal with beautiful views and amenities nearby. Carlos daughter Mara was great at communicating, very friendly and always responded with helpful tips. My family would definitely like to return for another stay.

This apartment is very close to Tirano so it is an excellent base for catching the Bernina Express. The apartment has a lovely village Outlook and safe free parking in the small community car park.

We liked the apartment very much, great location, great balcony, swimming pool and hot tub perfect. My older kids and their friends loved it. The communication was very pleasant, friendly and accommodating, the reception and farewell were warm. Also recommended with a dog. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We had a super nice holiday at Markus' orchard. Super friendly owners, great garden with hot tub, delicious barbecue evening... just great. Many possibilities to do something and always helpful tips from Markus. We will certainly come back and can only recommend the orchard. Kind regards

Anna was an excellent host! She communicated wonderfully the entire time! Her place is just beautiful and clean and spacious! It was a refreshing stay and had everything we needed! The proximity of the apartment to restaurants and the central town was better than we expected. Views out of the window were beautiful, seeing the mountains and the village was stunning!

Absolut perfect stay, great directions, flexible check out and Stefania is very responsive for questions or any information needed. The appartment is great equipment, there is everything you need and more to have a comfortable stay. 10/10 can only reccomend, thanks a lot again.

The apartment is outstanding. Very tasteful, no cut corners for the renovation and as clean as possible. Everything is new, inside a d outside. I’m quite amazed by that. The little gifts breakfast and bikes were also a nice touch. With the bikes there is a bike path from the Flat to Lago di Ledro, I suggest to bike there. The Spa is great as well.

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb in Riva del Garda, managed by the same owners as Residence Filanda. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. Although the immediate area is quiet and there isn’t much around within walking distance, it was a peaceful and relaxing base for exploring the region. The hosts were very welcoming and professional, and their care for the property really shows. Overall, a great experience — we’re happy to give a 5-star rating!

We really enjoyed our stay! The accommodation was clean with a lot of useful equipment. The surrounding was beautiful with great views. The cap was about 100 meter away. You can also go to Bormio or Santa Catarina by car/skibus really easily. The communication with Stefano was easy. He is quick responder and he explained to us everything we needed. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your pleasant accommodation.
