The house is very welcoming. Consisting of a studio furnished in modern style with all comforts, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and hot tub. All surrounded by nature and the outdoor presence of a large swimming pool for the EXCLUSIVE USE of guests. The property being close to the medieval castle is not accessible by your own means, we use our car to bring guests and luggage. However, it is a 200-meter walk in the green of the hill.

Our typical mountain style home is located in S.Lucia, Bormio, a quiet neighbourhood 1km away from the town centre, the cable car and the thermal baths. It is just opposite a lovely children playground and it is also close to the free shuttle bus stop. It also comes with a private garage (for bikes and two vehicles), two private balconies, a 100sqm terrace. Close to all amenities, the flat is very warm, bright and quiet, for a relaxing stay.
