Ehemaliges Fischerhaus über zwei Etagen mit privatem Innenhof. Architektonische Highlights im marokkanischen Stil. Gelegen im schönen, alten Ortskern von Salema. Der ausgezeichnete Strand ist weniger als eine Gehminute entfernt. Vom Eingang aus gelangt man in den offenen Küchen-, Wohn- und Essbereich mit Blick in den oasenhaften Innenhof, der mit hochwertigen Steinarbeiten ansprechend gestaltet ist. Ein kleiner dekorativer Pool (nicht zum Schwimmen) rundet das behagliche Ambiente ab. Mit einem Buch in der Hand und den Füßen im kalten Wasserbecken lässt es sich hier an heißen Sommertagen herrlich entspannen und in aller Ruhe Kraft tanken. Das Bad mit Doppeldusche und Dusch-WC befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des Hauses. Die beiden offenen Schlafräume im Obergeschoss sind ausgestattet mit jeweils einem Queensize-Bett unter der gemütlichen Dachschräge. Jeder Schlafraum hat direkten Zugang zur Sonnenterasse mit Loungemöbeln. Herrliche Nachtruhe, man hört den Wind in den Palmen und entfernt die Brandung. Die Gäste haben Zugang zu allen Bereichen, da sie das gesamte Haus mieten. Für alle Fragen sind wir erreichbar (Mail und Telefon) und haben Leute vor Ort, die das Haus betreuen und behilflich sein können. Im Umkreis von 100 Metern befinden sich Restaurants, Bars, Shops, Verleih von Kajaks und Stand Up Paddling und ein Fischverkauf direkt nach Fang. Salema ist ein charmantes Fischerdorf, vom Strand aus werden Ausflüge mit dem Boot angeboten. Im Hinterland lockt der Gebirgszug Monchique mit heilenden Quellen. Weitere Aktivitäten sind Reiten, Yoga, diverse Wasser- und Freizeitparks, Wassersport wie Segeln, Jetski oder Surfen. Am Cabo de Sao Vincente lassen sich wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge erleben.

We spent a month in André's house and had a blast. The house is in a great location for those who seek tranquility and nature, but also close enough to shops, restaurants and beaches. It was spot-on clean and has a fireplace for those colder days. Comfortable and huge bed. André was super-responsive, friendly, and helpful. It was a great stay overall!

The small accommodation offered by Bel is completely in line with the description and matches the photos. Downstairs, a tiny kitchen where it is difficult to be two. The shower is in the kitchen. A toilet and a sink under the stairs that go up to the second floor. Upstairs, a small comfortable bedroom with shelves, a dresser and a rack to store your things. Outside a small table for meals that are pleasant to have outside. Two minutes away there is a grocery store, a bakery, an ice cream shop and several bars. It's nice not to have to go down to the village because the slope is steep! Impeccable accommodation for a short stay. Note the warm and friendly welcome of Bel and his family.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful tiny house. The place is even more beautiful then the pictures show. Inside everything is from wood and beautifully made. The place is very tidy as well. The garden is wonderful with, in this time of the year, many flowers. The area is beautiful too. Beatriz is a great host and easy to communicate with. We definitely recommend it and hope to come back one day.

We had a very nice and peaceful stay at casa Atejo. It's a place to connect with nature, to deconnect with the ratrace. The house is renovated wonderful, the fireplace is a big plus. It makes the house even more comfy and pleasant. We had a good contact with Boris and his sister by message and by the website AirBnb. Thank you for the wonderful week we had!
