Monthly Rentals in Valencia

Great place to stay for long stays. Very peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. Valencia is at a higher altitude then Dumaguete, providing cooler temperatures. Thank you to Dan and Melania and their staff for providing a great place to stay.

This spacious and newly renovated apartment is conveniently located. The comfortable bed provides a good night’s sleep, and when the curtains are drawn, the room becomes quite dark. The air conditioner is quiet and operates efficiently. The spacious bathroom features a nice shower with hot water. The kitchen is well-equipped and complete. The host, who lives nearby, promptly provided us with extra linens upon our request.

Had a great stay! The place was quite and beautiful. All the amenities were complete and working. The staff were nice. It was all worth it. And oh! We miss our neighbor, Charlie the dog💕

My parents had a wonderful experience staying at Douglas place! they are extremely comfortably throughout their entire month long stay. the apartment is fully equipped with everything needed, making it feel like a home away from home. the location is perfect, within walking distance to plaza where they could early pick up family supplies. Douglas and Ariel were fantastic hosts-- very responsive, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. they made sure my parents had everything they needed and were always available to assist with anything. there were absolutely no issues during they stay, and everything went smoothly. we would definitely rebook this place if needed. highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well- managed stay!
