It overlooks the street, where you can see the trees by the river and El Corte Inglés. The living room has a sofa/bed for 1 person and where the TV is located. Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, central heating, WiFi, TV in the living room and in the room. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, etc. It is equipped with a full kitchen, with all the small and large appliances including a dishwasher, water heater and microwave.
