The house, equipped and renovated in a contemporary style, is set in a large 2,500 m enclosed garden planted with flowers and trees, except on the lake side. The garden ends in a private beach and pontoon. Lac de Paladru is also known as the blue lake because it has a Caribbean feel. This is no doubt due to the colour of its water, which varies from turquoise to emerald thanks to the chalky lake bottom.

Located between lake and hills, the gîte is the starting point for many activities: boating, fishing, hiking, mountain biking... The lake will amaze you with the beauty of its turquoise waters. In the middle of our goat barn, come and enjoy our fully equipped and heated yurt. Raclette and fondue appliances are available to enjoy local and regional products. Ideal for 4 people, located on the heights of the village of Val de Virieu, quiet, with panoramic views of the valley and mountains. Just 5 km from Lake Paladru, many hiking trails start at the foot of the yurt. Museums, castles, zoo are to be visited not far from our yurt.

It is located on the second and top floor of a recent house that we took pleasure in designing, building, and furnishing with the aim of creating memorable moments in Aix-les-Bains.

The apartment is located in the center of the village of Paladru in a former hotel that has become residential. The La Tourelle restaurant is at the foot of the building. The nearest beach is 300 m away (field, beach and restaurant). The archaeological museum of Lake Paladru is 100 m away. Grocery store that also sells bread 50 meters away.
