Rosalba apartment is in the heart of Asti. Renovated in 2019, it is located in an Art Nouveau building from the early 1900s. During the renovation, interesting details such as the parquet flooring and paintings on the bedroom ceiling were maintained and restored. We have tried to take care of the furnishings and comfort by providing our guests with everything they need for a pleasant stay. TOURIST TAX 2 EUROS PER DAY PER PERSON TO BE PAID AT CHECK-IN

The house, with swimming pool, is located two km from the town and overlooks the valley . It enjoys complete autonomy and allows guests to live in a typical farmhouse with antique furniture. Guests have the exclusive availability of the property. The other house overlooking the courtyard (it was a small village) is always my property and is closed during the stay of guests. I chose to have few guests to guarantee them and me more peace of mind.

On the hills surrounding Asti, just 3 minutes from the city center and just a quarter of an hour from the Langhe you will find “ Villa Belvedere”. It is situated on the top of the hill in a green acacia woods. The house is composed by a large living room with an old billiards, a fully equipped kitchen ,three bedrooms, two communicating with a large bathroom with shower and hydro massage and the third with a private bathroom and a patio.
