On Naranjo Street, surrounding the Golf course, just 14 blocks from the beach and downtown, close to the "palenques" with horses for all ages. Ideal to enjoy all year round (wood fireplace, cold-heat splits) has 3 galleries and grill. In the park there is a playhouse, a bathroom and laundry. Complete kitchen, plus vertical iron, robot vacuum cleaner, etc. Natural swimming pool fenced and with attached beach.
