Our stay was very pleasant, I highly recommend it.

A very clean place, its architecture very father, the friendliness of the managers, a very quiet stature and met our expectations

Our stay at Hotel Casa Quetzal was very pleasant. The location is perfect, there is also a safe parking place if you are coming with the car. The breakfast is sufficient to get your morning started (fruit, granola, yoghurt, fresh pastries, butter and jam). The stuff was attentive. I think they've noticed we didn't drink the juice on the first day, so the next morning they served a different kind. The room is very spacious and comfortable, uniquely styled, as well as the bathroom. One of the best showers ever. Definitely recommended for your stay in Valladolid!

Great value - full service restaurant, friendly and helpful staff and great service!

Nice stay, my family went to Tizimín for a basketball tournament, and the courts were close by, you reached walking. The space is comfortable and clean. It was very hot so having air conditioning was definitely a plus. The kitchen was very useful for us. The pool is great, just because in the season we were very hot.

The hotel is very nice, perfect for disconnecting from the chaos of the city. The food is very rich and generous.

The lodging is a very nice colonial hotel, has pool and chairs around for outdoor lounging the room is comfortable,clean, it is 4 blocks from the convent and it is very safe to walk through its streets even if it is night The restaurant at hotel 11 de 10 super recommended Rich breakfasts, a good price and excellent service The delicious tatemada habanero salsita and the homemade papaya jam that make there super recommended and the coffee very good The room requires a bit of maintenance on the furniture for the aesthetics of the room but nothing normal Very pleasant stay .

Lovely palapa (thatched hut) with private bathroom and shower, plus small balcony overlooking interior of property. breakfast of cereal, coffee, tea, and toast. *Very* central and convenient location. Bring earplugs- essentially completely open to a very noisy center city (animals, sirens, yelling, etc. throughout the night)- we couldn't sleep without them. Persistent wifi issues, but no other concerns during 3 day stay. Great location for the cost.

Very good place to stay, especially away from the hustle and bustle that may be in the center of Valladolid. Close to shops and restaurants, one km from the main square. Pretty nice and at a very good price. A place to return when there is opportunity.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The staff were lovely and very attentive. They noticed there were a few mosquitos whilst we were having lunch in the gorgeous gardens and quickly brought out a fan & citronella candle & mosquito repellent. There were also lovely organic soaps & body lotions to use as well as complimentary drinks in the mini fridge. The breakfast is also included which is a nice touch. One thing for us personally that was a slight inconvenience was that the room backed on to the shared garden with glass doors, so we couldn’t always have the curtains open. The room is also a little small for 2 people sharing, although we were travelling for 3 weeks so had a large suitcase. There are also other rooms available that do not have this issue. The WiFi was also a bit problematic but Daniela & the staff were always at hand to help with any queries.

We loved it. The room was very nice and there were several things to do: we went to the zoo, walked all over the terrain, there were several activities, we had breakfast a couple of times in the restaurant. Very relaxing, if you want to disconnect from it all and listen to nature. We would honestly go again.

Good place, clean and comfortable

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, the villas are great, the restaurant food is and at affordable prices, very close to downtown (at least by car).

Good place to stay very centrally for a fair price. Nothing to complain about!

We had a great couple of nights at Maculan and wish we could have stayed longer. The location was superb, bed was super comfortable, and room was as clean as can be. Plus, Carlos at the front desk was super helpful with recommendations and even gave us discounts to local restaurants and cenotes.

Excellent place to rest in a very quiet area and Osvaldo is a very kind and pleasant person

Great staff. Luis helped out tremendously with tips on how to get to the denotes. And he gave us a lot of info for our return trip to the airport. Beautiful courtyard. Handy common kitchen with everything we needed. Cold swimming pool for the hot days. Then only con was a noisy pump and water gurgling noise in the wall in room 10 that seemed to turn on and off all day and night. Other than that, perfect stay. Highly recommended.

Walkable and easy to get around, close to Ado. AC is at night, which cools down. Layout was ergonomic, clothes line, upstairs creates privacy, locker under the bed and v easy to put stuff in. Affordable and felt safe. Nice Staff
