This place is like an oasis of peace and tranquility amongst the city of Antibes. Though located just a short distance from the beach, old town, and other sites, the property makes you feel like you're out in the countryside and is located on a large lot. Great for families!

Great place for children, adults and grandparents that can be placed in a separate little house😉 The pool was heated and lovely to bathe even in the month of April. Great to have lunch under the olive tree and dinner at the long table with barbecue and views🙌 Definitely recommended.

Catherine and Thierry have a wonderful family home that was perfect for a vacation with our friends and children. Very kid friendly home equipped with high chairs, cots, toys, baby bathtub, pool alarm and gate, you name it! We really enjoyed our time and would definitely stay again in the future. Only thing to keep in mind is cell phone service and WiFi is not strong which makes it the perfect place to disconnect on holiday! Thanks for a great time!

Perfect, fabulous view

This was one of the best AirBnb apartments we stayed at so far. Wonderful view to the sea and mountains. Just a short walk to beaches and other beaches in 5 minutes driving distance. Jean Jacques was always reachable and was there to welcome us on the first day and show us the apartment. We would definitely come back!

Renee's villa is absolutely beautiful: the location, the amenities, the gardens and outdoor areas, pool and privacy were all superb. There was a major power outage in Southern France while we were there and we were well prepared with the candles and flashlights provided in the villa. The proximity to the surrounding beautiful small villages as well as the Mediterranean coastal towns of Nice, Antibes, Eze, etc. provides a wide choice of sight-seeing, restaurants, grocery stores, hiking, beaches, history and art. I would suggest all renters read her book of instructions and suggestions thoroughly at the start of their stay, as there is important information to make your stay more comfortable and without problems.

A fantastic place for a large group and three separate families. The space was amazing. The view was even better than the photos. The kitchen was so well equipped with lsrge amounts of glasses, plstes, cutlery and cooking dishes. Amazing find. Pricey but well worth the money.

We had a beautiful holiday at this villa; 9 of us stayed comfortably, with plenty of space and everything you could need for a great holiday. We spent most of our time in the pool, it’s a fab size and with the garden, it is perfect for kids. The villa is very private, just a few mins walk to a very small beach and few minutes to bus stops. We didn’t drive so found it a little far from the supermarket to walk but buses were regular, easy and cheap! The surrounding areas of Nice, Cannes and especially Antibes are stunning. Overall a perfect holiday, thank you ☺️

Thank you very much for the wonderful time at your terrific villa. This place exceeded our expectations: it is highly equipped, modern, beautiful, and cozy. The view and the garden are just stunning. We were choosing among several other villas, and we were definitely lucky to stay here. You truly feel at home. Every detail in this place is filled with great attention, soul, and love. The only small point was with the heated pool — although we paid for it in cash, the water (including at the supply holes) remained chilly, so we couldn’t tell or proof if it was actually heated. Other than that, it’s really impressive how well you take care of this villa. We were two families, six people in total, and a small dog. The direct access from the bedrooms to the garden was a perfect feature for our little fluffy friend. Thanks once again for your hospitality and thanks a lot for making our stay so enjoyable! 🤗

Truly beautiful place and people.

We really Trully had an amazing time. The house was equipped with everything we needed.. The outside area the pool, the outdoor kitchen and bathroom the outdoor living room truly amazing. The host was incredible. She welcomed us and left us a lot of yummy food, snacks, fruits, bottles of wine and beers. Great attention to detail. Prime location. We have 1000% recommend!!

An island of happiness, a haven of peace, a corner of paradise... There is no shortage of words to describe this place where we spent 4 splendid days. Wherever you turn your head, your gaze will fall, at the same time, on the lush vegetation and the fauna protected and pampered by Agnès and Alain (waking up to the sound of birds, you would think you were in the Amazon). Because, yes! This is where the richness of this place lies: with Agnès and Alain, a couple with a big heart, with whom we have the pleasure of exchanging and listening to their passion. We had a great time and we are sure that we are not the only ones or the last!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The house, the garden, the location - everything was perfect for us. We wanted the relaxation and serenity and this villa matched that perfectly. Everything is so beautifully set up and the house and interior has great character. We loved to be able to play with kids in the garden which is very spacious and gave everyone great family moments. The location was great to take day trips to amazing cities. But our favorite is Valbonne village and it is something else - only few minutes walking distance and you are in one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen. When you are there walking these narrow streets, you just want to stay there forever. Wished we could have stayed longer but it gave us great memories, and we are very likely to be back. We had a great stay at Julien's house. The heated pool is a very appreciable luxury. The whole family was very responsive to our needs during our stay. We will come back next year with great pleasure. Thank you very much!!

Nathalie was very, very nice, welcomed us warmly and showed us everything we needed. The house is beautiful and looks exactly like the photos. The house, the pool as well as the entire outdoor area/garden are very clean and incredibly well maintained. In the kitchen everything you need is available. We particularly liked the grill/grill area. As described, the bus stop to go towards Cannes is about 3-5 minutes' walk away. You can then take the bus to the train station in about 15 minutes, and from there it is a 5-minute walk to the Croissette. Next to the bus stop, there is also a very large supermarket.
