Top. perfect location to visit the hinterland and proximity to the highway to go more less, Monaco, nice, canes... Perfect pool to cool down after the big summer days. Air-conditioned apartment so perfect for finding a fee. as described. The owners are also very friendly. a flawless one.

Beautiful and very well-equiped apartment in a peaceful countryside with absolute privacy. Paul and Nicole were lovely hosts who gave us a lot of tips and were at our disposal at all times. We felt like at home and enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

Had a fantastic stay at Jon's place in Villefranche. The house is set up perfectly for a family gathering and stands up to the pictures. Well located in the hills above Villefranche-sur-mer, it served as a great base for our family to explore the area around Nice.

We had a couple of nights at this very sweet property. Cabris is a very quaint and pretty village with amazing views. We went to Grasse and did a perfume workshop which was really good fun and came away with our unique perfume. Can’t fault the property would recommend.

We stayed for 3 nights as a group of 11. The villa was lovely, exactly how it looks in the images. We stayed local for the first night and walked to a local restaurant for dinner. The villa was also a great base to explore other areas, we got taxis to both Nice and Cannes. Jesper was also super helpful and had great communication. We would definitely recommend this villa :)

There were three of us in the house in early May 2025 with Celine and Julien. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thanks for both of you. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting long hikes. The pool offers a very nice and gladly used opportunity for refreshment afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. We spent a very nice holiday there. The domain is very quiet, with a lot of comfort. The owners are very discreet but present and very helpful if you have any questions. Recommended for those who want to visit the region, and yet enjoy the peace and quiet.

Great stay here, check in was really easy. Kevin welcomed us to the apartment showed us where everything was which was really helpful. Contacted us day after check in to make sure we had everything we needed and gave some recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Kevin was really responsive and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and peaceful. Huge bonus was the location to the beach, restaurants and a great supermarket. The apartment is in an ideal location to explore Antibes, Nice, Eze and Monaco. Underground Garage makes parking easy and the infinity pool with a view across to Nice was really lovely, again spotlessly clean with sunbeds. Well maintained communal areas and pretty gardens. Will definitely stay here again when visiting France and would 100% recommend to others 😊

We enjoyed our stay with Dominique to the fullest. The surroundings are fantastically beautiful - in the middle of nature, quiet and full of positive energy. Just the right place to unwind and relax. The house itself is lovingly designed and very well maintained. Dominique is a very warm and attentive hostess who is very committed to making sure that you feel completely comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful time – we will be happy to come back!

We have had a wonderful stay at Philippe’s home. The house was beautiful and particularly suitable for our family stay with a small baby. He was very accommodating answering any queries promptly. The information instructions provided were very detailed and helpful. The swimming pool was wonderful as the weather was hot and the air conditioning was very welcome. We were a group of six and the house was very spacious with plenty of room for three couples and a baby. We would like to thank Philippe for hosting us. We have wonderful memories of a lovely holiday at Cagnes sur Mer.

All in all, a very good location with direct proximity to the beach and a pool. Unfortunately, the balcony to the pool is directly at its entrance, which means that you sit directly on the "presentation plate" for everyone who goes to or comes from the pool. Neighborhood unfortunately very loud but Daniel can't do anything about it. Kitchen was well equipped and there is also a washing machine (for 7 days stay of course great). Likewise, the underground garage, which requires some driving skills with an SUV, but is a must here. Parking directly in front of the complex, however, for a fee and very busy. Since the window of the bedroom goes to this side, at night it is very annoying because people talk very loudly (whether at night or early in the morning). Connection to the motorway to Nice, Cannes, Antibes and Monaco very close and easy to reach. In two minutes walking distance already the promenade with many small restaurants. We mostly took care of ourselves and it was sufficient for us, as Carefour has everything your heart desires.

Nice and very clean studio. It was very well equiped. Everything you need in a walking distance. It was a very safe area and I felt at home. God Place for excursions with the trainstation less than min walk away.

AMAZING ! this place was better than the pictures - the most beautiful place i’ve stayed ! inside of house has plenty of space really clean comfy beds ! outdoor is idelic clean pool, huge garden space and tranquil surroundings. we got buses into town its self - bus stop very near the house and about a 40 minute drive on bus. The hosts were amazing very good at communicating and replying to our messeges always happy to help, very accommodating. 10/10 experience thanks you so much

The Loft is very well located, close to restaurants, bakery and supermarket. No need to take the car, Royal! In addition, Bravo because it's fully equipped, it's been a long time since we had an apartment with so much equipment available! Kevin is great, nice welcome, full of explanations and recommendations... very flexible and very responsive, we feel that he wants these guests to be well taken care of and it's great! We'll remember the address and we'll be happy to come back!

The view of the harbor is breathtaking! Everything is within walking distance: supermarket, pizzerias, pharmacy etc! Especially the beach! And the photos matched the ones provided perfectly. Truly beautiful place and people.

Wow what a beautiful location! T he apartment is spacious with a stunning view of the town from the balcony, both bedrooms are a good size, and there was easy connections to the train and the bus was regular. We stayed here for four weeks, drove our car from the UK and had the security of parking in the underground parking space. The majority of the time we used public transport as it was incredibly reliable and easy to access from the apartment. The apartment had everything we needed to work remotely, with good wifi and all the utensils. We also took our dog on holiday with us and the apartment was perfect for him. The town was quiet but had a charm to it, very beautiful and lots of lovely walks around the area. Supermarket was also a short walk away. I really recommend the pizzeria half way up the old town (on the left) and the restaurant opposite the balcony for local eats.

Great sized accommodation, light and airy only a short walk from bars, restaurants and the train station. Juan Les Pins is only a 20min walk along the beach too! We met the owners who were fabulous and very helpful. Would highly recommend.

The place is beautiful and perfect for a long stay! We felt just like home! The place is really cozy and has everything that you need! Parking space es great! Location is great for you to move to visit the french riviera! The Host is very responsive and friendly! We'll love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay in Cannes! Jessica was incredibly kind and welcoming + always quick to respond and full of great local suggestions that made our trip extra special. The place was just as described, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area!

The place is as described and pictured everything is modern and updated . It is large enough for a family of four and generally a relatively larger place for what you typically find in Europe.. The floor plan is great . Has everything you need. Location is perfect . Good views . The check in and check out times are also good. The host Francois was great and responsive. Overall a great place . No complaints throughout our stay.

We were greeted by Cedric who gave us all the information we needed for the house and to get around. The house was already equipped with lots of things for cooking: Cedric even left us a baguette! The house is in a very quiet location with a beautiful view of the bay from above. It is possible to reach the sea on foot although the return uphill is a bit tiring.
