In all its simplicity, without running water and electricity, the house and surroundings have something completely unique to offer. The tranquility is palpable and you are far from everyday stress with proximity to fantastic hiking trails, the opportunity for fishing and nice swimming. Here you have to be by yourself but the cottage is only 2 km from Ottsjö with Ica, newly built sauna and rental boats.

Brattland bike/ski lodge is beautifully located above the E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking is available at the houses. By car, it takes ten minutes to the village. If you want to take the bus, you can get down to the stop at the E14. You can bring skis or snowboards on the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can go hiking, fishing, dog sledding, rent snowmobiles and a variety of other activities. In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

Cheerful, classic mountain cabin with amazing views of the mountain world! The cottage has a large living room with fireplace and exit to the terrace in a sunny south facing position. The kitchen was replaced a couple of years ago and is fully equipped with a dining table attached, three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and toilet. Sauna available. Crib available. Hiking and skiing trails are directly reached nearby. To Åre it is about 25 minutes, Vålådalen about 30 minutes. In Ottsjö village there is ICA Bua, dog sled, brewery etc.
