Pra di Brëc is our dream that became true. We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

Overlooking the pedestrian street, it is the perfect base from which to visit the Roman city, stroll through the center, and also reach the natural beauty of the entire Aosta Valley in a short time. Ideal stop for the TMB. Located in Viale Monte Bianco just 100 meters from the center and just 5 minutes by car from the Terme di Pre'-Saint-Didier and Skyway. Apartment with free parking space. Electric car charging station 20 meters from the apartment! Do you want to use public transportation? Very easy! There's a bus stop just 80 meters away that takes you directly to the ski resorts and to the Ferret and Veny valleys and Skyway Monte Bianco. Ideal as a stop on the TMB

Il se situe à 150 mètres du funiculaire de Sunnegga (accès au domaine pour le ski et les randonnées) et à 800 mètres du centre-ville, des commerces et de la gare de Zermatt (8 minutes à pied).

A few minutes walk from the lake, restaurants and shops, this apartment offers breathtaking views of the lake, a large terrace and a wood-burning fireplace. Internet and cable TV are included. There is free common parking outside belonging to the building. There is a communal sauna downstairs in the building as well and a baby cot available on request.

LO NIT – LA MAISON DE SAINT ETIENNE

A bright, cozy nest, newly refurbished (2021), in an attic on the 3rd floor. Overlooking the pedestrianized street, it is the perfect starting point to stroll around the city among vestiges of ancient Rome, plus craft shops and numerous bars. Strategically located for those who want to visit our valley's famous natural attractions. 100 meters from the Regional Hospital and a 10-minute walk from both the train station and the bus station.

Historic home in the center of Aosta (CIR 0369)

Beautiful and large house on two floors, in the historic center, leaning against the Roman walls. On the ground floor, on a courtyard, there is the sleeping area with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, on the first floor a living room with fireplace, a dining room, kitchen, bathroom/laundry. A large terrace with pergola overlooks the mountains and bell towers. Very quiet, great charm.

Il nostro alloggio si trova in un tranquillo borgo di Champorcher, Verana, a pochi passi dall'imbocco per la Valle dell'Alleigne a breve distanza dal Parco del Mont Avic. A soli 2 km si raggiungono gli impianti sciistici. Il monolocale è dotato di una piccola cucina, un letto matrimoniale, un letto matrimoniale soppalcato, bagno e un balcone.
