A gourmet restaurant, covered market, and shops are within walking distance of the house, as well as notable historical monuments and the famous Archena Spa. Free parking area 50 m from the house.

Ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings, our Segura River and its beautiful Ricote valley with countless activities to do in the area.

The house is very well connected: close to all kinds of shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher, etc.) and a large green area a 1-minute walk away. Easy parking right at the door. The Smart TV is strategically placed so that it can be seen from the patio as well, simply by turning it.
