We had a wonderful time at Sandra’s. The place was just as described, in immaculate condition and the bed was very comfortable. We also loved the added touch of having a Netflix account to use, also having access to laundry. Sandra was very quick to respond to any queries, always happy to help and lovely to deal with. 10/10 in every aspect. Security always helpful. Apartment was very quiet. Walls are very thick. You can’t hear anything at all from the outside once the doors are shut. Great neighborhood. Best hosts I’ve ever worked with in any airbnb EVER. Defiantly coming back to another one of their properties later this year.

Danny was a very attentive and friendly person, he always answered my questions before arriving and upon arrival... he was clear in indicating where the property was, the problem was that the area did not have signs and at times the GPS signal was lost and it was a bit difficult to find, however José came to receive us. Mrs. Marisol is an angel, very attentive, she took care of us with great dedication, Jose and Marisol live in the annex and were always ready to help us, the property is beautiful, everything is impeccable, the view is quite beautiful, the pool is super nice, I went with children and they enjoyed it a lot!!!! I recommend it 100%

The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, always quick to answer any questions and attentive to all of our needs. Their warm hospitality really made us feel at home. The weather was gorgeous throughout our stay—sunny and perfect for relaxing outdoors. We also felt completely safe and secure at the finca, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here—it's a peaceful escape with every comfort you could ask for. We can’t wait to return!

Beautiful place to get away from the city. Sleeping coolly under the sound of the river is an unparalleled experience. I want to comment that Mr. James was a 10/10 person, always looking out for us, the pool always in maintenance, he offered us a cleaning service that helped us a lot to have a pleasant stay, the house as shown in the photos, the house very clean and tidy, it was about 18 very nice days in that town of Valle del Cauca, I recommend all people who come to Roldanillo to stay here.

Sergio has a great efficient space in a beautiful building overlooking Cali. Sergio was always responsive to my inquiries and handling any issues that came up. The air conditioner had a small problem and Sergio was very responsive. Great host and apartment. Will gladly reserve again in the future. Kevin

Mary was an amazing host. The apartment was squeaky clean and it had all the amenities described in the listing. We needed an apartment for a night due to a pest control issue at ours and this was an amazing decision. Everything was fantastic. Thank you so much!

María's apartamento was perfect! it was exactly what I was looking for, big apartment, modern and new, and best of all the balcony and it's view. The apartment had everything you needed... in the kitchen, especially the appliances. The decor and design was gorgeous and the TVs worked perfectly. I give the whole experience a 10 out of 10... the only thing we missed out on was the rooftop pool and that was because of the weather.... there's a nice gym and also laundry room in the lobby. I would definitely come back here and also recommend to my friends.

The apartment is as described and as seen in the photos, its location is excellent and the complex has many areas for activities, it has all the services, wi-fi, hot water and in the kitchen there is everything you need to cook, the apartment has good appliances, I was very satisfied with the place, with the host's attention, with the price and if possible I will return

We booked with Carla and from the moment we arrived until check-out, she was very attentive and communicative, which is incredibly important when traveling. The property is nice and feels very secure, although please note that it is a studio-sized space. We did encounter an issue with the washer that unfortunately ruined my wife's $60 shorts, which were brand new. Carla promptly contacted the building manager to address the situation. However, we did not receive any reimbursement or compensation for the damaged shorts, so I would advise caution when using the washing machine on the property. Overall, the place is very private and secure, making it a comfortable stay despite the minor inconveniences.
