The apartment is on the ground floor facing south, next to the Cité Vauban, a 5-minute walk from the shops. The sunny apartment is very quiet with a large garden and a beautiful wooden terrace. It is functional and charming. This apartment is ideal for a couple. We are served by public transport (TGV shuttle stop and city bus 3 minutes away. Our green garden is relaxing. We offer a parking space exclusively reserved for the apartment.

Everything is there but you have to go: Attention access: Narrow mountain road in 4km land accessible with a rustic vehicle (highly recommended). We do not recommend climbing in new and/or lower-body vehicles. Altitude 1650 meters. From early December to the end of March, due to snow, the climb is only done on a hike on foot, allow about 45 minutes. Four golf holes (pitch and putt), clubs and balls are at your disposal.

(Névache 16 km) In summer, the Briançonnais hikes are nearby and for cyclists, the great passes (Lautaret, Galibier, Izoard, ...) are within reach. In winter, the ski resorts of Montgenèvre (8 km) and Serre Chevalier (9 km) are quickly accessible.
