Enjoy this cozy chalet with family or friends, located in the beautiful Clarée Valley. Modular cottage with a main part (approx. 100 m2, 7-8 beds) on 2 levels and an independent but also connected studio (20 m2, 2-3 beds); the price can be adapted according to the parts used South-facing, very bright, large living/dining room with insert, kitchen equipped with a wood-burning stove. Large wooded garden, 10 minutes from Briançon, the UNESCO city.

Small wooden chalet in the mountains

Everything is there, but you have to go: Warning access: Narrow 4 km mountain dirt road accessible with a rugged vehicle (highly recommended). We do not recommend climbing in new and/or low-body vehicles. Altitude 1650 meters. From the beginning of December to the end of March, due to snow, the climb is only done by hiking, about 45 minutes. Four golf holes (pitch and putt), clubs and balls are at your disposal.
