The apartment is in a house from the 1800s that has been renovated over the years. It is a typical accommodation, equipped with a wood-burning stove, the floors as well as the ceilings are made of wood. There is a staircase to access the bathroom. Separate entrance, garden with BBQ and pergola for grilling, the laundry is shared with the other two apartments. Public transport stops are a minute's walk away. Pets are welcome, you are required to notify us of your four-legged friend when booking.

Casa Isolina is situated in a secluded location on the outskirts of Boschetto, a listed hamlet of Cevio in the Maggia Valley. The original character of this two-hundred-year-old rustic-style house has been largely preserved through careful renovations carried out from 2023 to 2025. The spacious garden offers cozy spots to relax and a magnificent view over the valley. Very close by, there are numerous places for hiking, fantastic swimming spots along the Maggia River, and impressive waterfalls.

The house is accessible on foot from the main road up 80 steps and is set back from the road to allow a large degree of privacy and tranquility. Note that you can rent it together with the apartment on the top floor, for a total of 6 beds.

In January the temperature in the house is max 16 degrees Bed linen and towels 25.00 CHF per person. reservations of less than one week are accepted only in the month prior to the vacation date. The swimming pool is open only in the summer time. Otherwise it is covered with a tarp.

The 300-year-old house underwent extensive restoration between 2021 and 2024 with the aim of preserving its character. During the renovation, which was carried out by local craftsmen, great importance was attached to the use of natural materials. The house is very well equipped with a luxurious kitchen, a modern bathroom and a great garden.
