We had a weekend the whole family. Toñi is very attentive. The house is very nice, and it has everything, the barbecue and the porch are a delight. Highly recommended. We've been very comfortable.

Everything is taken care of in detail and you can see the care with which it is designed to make guests feel at home. The surroundings are even more special: a charming town of Cantabria, with an idyllic landscape that invites you to disconnect, breathe pure air and enjoy the silence. We also want to highlight David, the host, for his closeness, kindness and availability at all times. It is very much appreciated to find people like that when you travel. It's been a wonderful stay. We have been 12 people in the house, marriages with children and what I say would fall very short, the house is spectacular in every way, location, cleanliness, size, comfortable, we found it incredible and we will definitely repeat!! Rebeca is very friendly and helpful. It's well worth it.

Raul was a very accommodating host. Communication was very good and queries were answered quickly, allowing us to check in a little early with our very tired baby. Everything had been thought of. There was a travel cot in the room, milk, pastries and hot and cold refreshments. The room was immaculate with lovely facilities and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was quiet but there were bars and cafes within walking distance and a lovely child friendly restaurant less than 5 minutes drive away. Would be first choice to stay again if in the area. Highly recommend.

We had a great time at Maria's place. The house is practically new, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. You can tell that it is thought out in detail to make you feel at home: from the kitchenware to the small details that the hostess has had, all very careful. We especially want to thank Maria for her close and friendly treatment, always making sure that we were comfortable and with a great flexibility that made our stay even easier, something that we value very much. The house is very comfortable, bright, quiet and is located in an ideal area to get to know the area. We definitely recommend the stay and we won't hesitate to return if the opportunity arises. A wonderful experience from the first moment. The host was incredibly friendly and understanding. Our flight was delayed and we didn't arrive until 11pm, but he welcomed us without hesitation, with a smile and total disposition. Throughout the stay she was aware of us, always available for anything we needed. He offered us very useful local recommendations that greatly improved our experience in the area. In addition, it had the beautiful detail of leaving us a typical sweet welcome that made us feel right at home. Without question, an attention of 10. We would do it again without thinking!

We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs in many countries over the past ten years. This might be my favorite ever. The pictures give one an idea, but the views are even more impressive in person. The owners are clearly people of discerning taste, as they have made great choices throughout with furnishings and even the windows, which open entirely to create a terrace of the dining room. The beds and showers are top notch. There’s a nice bialetti style moka pot for coffee and the kitchen is well equipped. Manuel was an excellent communicator. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave. The beach and town are enchanting and nearby towns make for excellent day trips. We hope to return to this very special place.

It was a lovely, pleasant and comfortable weekend. We loved everything, the location, the facilities, the hosts, the things to do in the surroundings... we will definitely repeat.

If you want peace and a beautiful view, this is a great place. From the balcony, you can look out over a bay with the sea in the distance. From the apartment, you can easily explore the surroundings. We visited Comillas and the Gaudi house. Santillana Del Mar, a beautiful medieval village, is a half-hour drive away. From the apartment, you can walk to the beach and walk a long way along the sea. There is a hotel on the boulevard where you can order a delicious fresh jus or cappuccino. The apartment is clean and equipped with every comfort. Even when it is above 30 degrees, the sea wind cools. We had a great time

The stay of 10. There was no shortage of detail in anything , even coffee for the coffee maker. Very kind, helpful and attentive. Always looking out for us before, during and after the stay. 100% recommended

We had a wonderful stay at Sarai’s apartment as a couple with a young baby and a grandmother along with us. The apartment is extremely clean and tidy, with all listed amenities - perfect as a base to explore Cantabria and Santander. The terrace was lovely in the sunshine! Also, Sarai made sure there was a baby cot and baby high chair (and even left a teddy bear and baby towel!). We would heartily recommend this apartment!

Amparo and María are great hosts - friendly, always approachable and yet discreet. The apartment is very cozy and perfectly equipped. We were particularly pleased with the food and drinks provided (cake, coffee, milk, water, cola & beer). The absolute highlight, however, is the beautiful terrace with a truly spectacular view. We would have preferred not to leave the apartment, the view was so beautiful. Suances is a relaxed surfing village with nice restaurants and cafés. At the beginning of June, it was still pre-season and not all restaurants were open. Tip for a cocktail or snack with a fantastic view of the sunset in the immediate vicinity of the apartment: Bar "El Castillo de los Locos". Thanks again for the nice stay, we'd love to come back.

The best apartment we've ever stayed in. Very comfortable, impressive. We went with my niece and I've never seen her so happy with a house. Ideal for families, super clean, with all the communities. Leticia, the best hostess. A nice touch. I recommend it 100/100. Very well connected, very close to Cabárceno. Great recommendations. We felt at home. We'll definitely be back.

Lovely apartment, very comfortable, great location equal distance to beaches and old town, lovely walks in every direction, it’s hilly but everywhere is! Only note is the terrace is on the front porch, quite pleasant and gets the sun but not secluded/private. Luis was a fantastic host and we would stay again.

A lovely little apartment for a couple of nights stop in Suances, Carlos was very helpful and gave great instructions to find and access the apartment, nice little garden for our dog. Very comfortable bed

The apartment was super clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Very well located in an area with lots of bars and restaurants but zero noise. And the area, of course, is beautiful.

Diana was so lovely, she did a great job explaining everything despite the language barrier. The flat is in a private location in a beautiful building with everything you could possibly need. The apartment is walking distance to restaurants, beach etc and we managed to find parking outside.

Beautiful and comfortable accommodation faithful to the photos.Recommable, quiet place 5 minutes from the village.The garden is very good especially if you go with a pet.The comfortable beds. Very cozy apartment, bright and amazing views, you wake up to the noise of the river. The village has a lot of charm and the surroundings are spectacular. We loved everything.
